My typical day starts as I get up early and try to get to work at least 25 minutes before the ‘start time’. In this way, I can avoid any delays due to traffic jams and can still be on time for work. Then, I sit down and plan the day. I jot down what all plans I have to complete and prioritize them depending on their urgency and importance. I check my voice mails and emails and the calendar and try to make plans such as organizing meetings and such. This way I can increase my pace for doing work and can be more productive for the day. 
On a typical Monday morning, I usually begin by going over the list from the previous week. This way I can set up my priorities. I review the status of the projects that I’m currently working on and I try to finish any pending work if present. I try to make sure that all the work assigned to me is moving forward and without any glitches.

I used to love coming to work here. Plenty of good skilled people and the mood was always upbeat. 

 Something happened around 2017-2018. The firings started, a bunch of odd and pointless rearranging of equipment. As more people were fired, the mood in the plant darkened. In 2020 there was another round of firings and the mood has dipped further. People who once loved there jobs now hate them, quality and productivity has plummeted. Management seems completely out of touch with what is going on. They went from entertaining suggestions to purely delivering orders with zero input from the people that actually do the work. It's now a culture of fear, who will be fired next? 

This was once the most desirable employer in Exeter, now it is a standing joke in the community. most of our new hires have to come from outside the community, word has gotten around...

I started as a helper right out of high school on the night shift. I had no problem getting along with everyone and I learned tons! I worked my way up into a journeyman position where I was running various types of machines. I enjoyed it a lot. Having the ability to produce products with the knowledge that I gained was a great feeling. The hardest part of the job was the shift. It sucked, but I was making good money at the time and I had nothing holding me back. Plus, nights were only 4 nights a week, which is key to someone who likes having their weekend off.

There is so many good people in this company.

Unfortunately there is also well known issues by everyone with particular people and HR and management  keeps covering for them instead of fixing the issue.  They are aware of a very hostile environment but since management/HR are all « friends » they won’t do anything.  

This company will keep having a heavy turn around as people are very not happy to go to work.  







Great place to work management really seems to care if you have a family emergency or need time off for family they will always try to accommodate. The luncheons are always nice and no one is forced to work weekends or holidays! Great work life balance.

FAMILY OWNED VERY CONSIDERATE MANAGEMENT HELPFULL TEAM AND SAFTEY ORIENTATED GREAT BENIFIT AND PENSION PACKAGE..THERE WAS NO PROBLEM OR DIFFERENCES BETWEEN SHIPPING AND PRODUCTION...

Good place to work, can work overtime make alright money you can learn alot with little experience. Fun co workers. Reasonable hours on the day shift done by 3pm. 

Its a good place to work, i have learned about Manufacturing, Operations, Scheduling ,Health&Safety here. 
It's a bit slow in implementing any planned changes.

Good place to work, management is easy to work for. Health and safety is a top priority and the culture there isn't bad. Lots of parking out front as well

I enjoy my job at agway 6 year.its a family company. Management is very helpful. They follow the proper rules for health and safety. I learn to much from agway.
