Terrible working conditions. Do not think that just cause the ‘Air Canada’ name is attached in the side of their fleet (owned by Air Canada) that you’re going to indulge on the Air Canada corporate culture. 

This management team is dangerous. Extremely little experience managing employees, no respect for a unionized working environment, with a ‘secret’ labour relations specialist with zero airlines exoeriemce, brought on to eat up the CUPE union negotiating process. 

This company can fly you ‘as a flight attdndant’ As many days in a row as they wish. They continuously disobey Transport CANADA rules & regulations, up to & including an EXTREMELY POOR maintenance record. 

Exercise caution should you choose to proceed interviewing with this low-cost operation, part of the AC express family. 

There are many other options out their to commence your flying career! Perhaps think this one over VERY carefully.

Working at Air Georgian has been life changing for me. It is definitely more of a lifestyle rather than a job. I loved traveling and making friends while earning money. Air Georgian provides its employees with numerous opportunities to climb up the career ladder. I got to enjoy travel discounts as well as health benefits during my time with Air Georgian. Looking after 50 passengers all by myself definitely gave me confidence.

This place is alright if you are trying to gain some experience.

The pay is terrible. This causes an insane amount of turnover. The union is terrible, went from being a salaried position with good benefits to hourly rate of $16 with basic benefits. 

Work is piled on you without any compensation. You'll be made to do so many extra tasks outside your job description. That is why under every job description it mentions "Extra tasks as assigned by Manager/Supervisor"

People are amazing, management is the worst.

Overall experience was challenging but a great learning experience. I learned a lot in regards to working in a fast office environment that also requires a lot of attention to detail. The management overall was fair and treated the employees equally. The job deals with an extensive amount of customer service aswell as excellent, professional comunication skills.

I was responsible for building wheels, cleaning cowls and the inside of planes. I also performed hangar cleanup and maintenance and generally assisted full time workers whenever I was called upon to do so.  I was always ready, willing and able to take on new challenges and looked for more work once my assigned tasks were complete. The primary aircraft that I worked on were the Beechcraft 1900, 1900D, and the Cessna Citation Sovereign

Great working culture and management. Salary and benefits are awesome for when starting your career. You gain valuable experience that will help you further down in your career.

Very demanding, long days, multiple legs, and very abusive corporate culture. Always trading off safety for on time performance.

Good place to start your career, lots to learn and may repeatative jobs strengthening your basics. Lots of overtime opportunities and if you love to travels you get paid to do it(AOG). 

Air Canada did not renew its flying contract with Air Georgian. It will Expire December 2019. All Aircraft will be taken back. There is No Future here. Many employees already leaving..hence all the postings.

Everyone works well with everyone and we dont just say hi or good morning, we say it with a hug.  A happy place to work in as all the people are so nice to each other.
