I have to say it was the most busy job i have ever worked, you are constantly on your feet and trying to juggle a million things at once, but when it goes into a quiet period you get bored quickly. 

I wasn't too happy with some of the members of  management team because they'd blame you for something others did and would never ask for an explanation. Also they promote people who don't deserve promotions and who cannot fill the leadership roles as necessary, they play favourites.

Over all it was a good experience, I enjoyed seeing smiles on kids faces when they knew they had a good time and I loved the people I worked with!

Working at Air Riderz was a good experience overall, especially as a part time job. The team was friendly and supportive, and I built strong communication and leadership skills while supervising staff and helping guests. The environment is fast-paced, especially on weekends and during birthday parties, which keeps the shifts interesting.

The hardest part of the job was handling busy periods with limited staff, but it taught me how to stay organized and solve problems under pressure. 

Loved working here but sadly covid came around and ended up losing the position I would be excited to start working here again if they start hiring. I also really enjoy being around children because they always bring a smile to my face, although there are some children that don't behave (even adults sometimes) so it is important to have patience and to know what to do to handle those type of situations.

At this Job it was the most action packed Job. I was always running around and it was great because it was very productive. Best coworkers I have had because we all got along and liked working together. Only issue was that management made many mistakes towards customers and us coworkers had to come up with quick solutions. Overall great experience with great people.

Other co-workers do not help each other out and will sabotage you.

Management will take out one persons mistakes on the entire sector (party host, courts staff, ect.) 

Male manager is amazing! He is so wonderful and treats everyone equal!

Fantastic place to work once you get the hang of things. Management can be a pain. Original management was better IMO. Easy and mindless job that I didn't hate going to (that's tough to find for me haha)

 The managers were pretty rude and the amount of time you would have to stand in one place is so tiring. The kids there were horrid and it would be stressful for 14.10 an hour. Many of the cow workers were rude and the managers didn't care.

Great environment to work in! I looked forward to go to work everyday and hosting children birthday parties. There is nothing better than making a child's day.

Management absolutely sucks. Worked there for a while, its not worth it. They treat you like trash. Other than that the staff treat each other like family, amazing staff. Terrible management. 

Not terrible, pretty good with work life balance and coworkers are nice people but often made supervising more difficult; they’re easier to work with when you’re on the court, I still recommend though
