I work in the marketing department for Aire One KW, and it has been a joy to be here. The owner and management really care about the company and its employees. I feel respected, treated fairly, and I feel my voice is heard within my department.

As we are a 24/7 emergency service business, amid a possible recession and threat of incoming tariffs, the industry as a whole, is shaken up. Therefore, as a result, is very fast-paced. There are constant priority shifts in order to figure out the needs of our customers and better serve them. All of this can be incredibly challenging, but I welcome challenge. During my 3 months here, I have already grown so much and added more valuable skills to myself due to the environment.

Overall, this company is great and I would like to continue to grow with Aire One KW, for many years to come.

Aire One is one of the most exploitative companies I’ve encountered. They overwork their employees to the point of burnout, with no regard for mental health or work-life balance. They hire college students and inexperienced workers, then place impossible expectations on them without offering proper training or support. Management is completely disconnected from the reality employees face daily  there is zero understanding, compassion, or accountability. If you’re looking for a company that values its workers, look elsewhere. This is a toxic environment that thrives on overworking and underappreciating its staff.

There is no such thing as an end time with this company the run ragged and expect you to do it again the next day. There is no work/life balance and if you ever want a raise good luck it’s just an hour of management telling you how useless you are. If you don’t sell for them you will be written up they expect you to sell a new furnace instead of fixing it even if it’s only a year old and under warranty. If you enjoy having free time and spending time with your family DO NOT work here you will never have time.

Some of the people that worked there were amazing, would loved to have seen some indeed reviews before taking the job as there is always a reason for high turnover rates in an office. Never been to such an inappropriate work environment where they talk so badly about each other out in the open and that be the norm. Training was also chaos as a lot of my training days trainers were too busy to teach. If you want to work for a unprofessional environment that’s barely managed this is the place for you.

Worst HVAC company I have ever worked for. Be prepared for 10-12 hour days plus on-call. Last calls are sent out at 5pm, so if you have a family or significant other; don’t plan on making it home for dinner. Better yet, ‘on-call’ might include scheduling you to install a humidifier after hours. 
Work/Life balance was impossible for me and I was very depressed when working there so I quit. Thankfully I have a found a company that cares about the employee too. 



Easy going office atmosphere, and the management team supports personal and professional growth. Everyone works as a team to accomplish daily tasks, provide top notch customer service and contribute to the growth of the company. 

The starting salary is well above the average,, you are rewarded for the work you put in, flexible work schedule, great pay, vacation and benefits.

They are flexible with ur schedule

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Working terms and conditions. And i dont like there on call working system.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Not to great and not worse. Thy says you we pay you top dollars but forse you to sale. Then thy will you getting raise through commission.

If you like to be busy, this is the place for you. They provide training to employees and are open to listening to your ideas on how to improve how we do things. The company brings in lunches and hosts events to show appreciate to the team for all their hard work. The staff are friendly and great to collaborate with.  Overall, it's been a great place to work.

Hired with 0 experience, was given many opportunities to learn, installing lots of variety of equipment, taught how to properly run service calls. Most involved owner I’ve ever witnessed, really cares about the company. Most of all cares about keeping all of the technicians working during slow times.

i have been working with Aire One for about 2 years now , great company to work for . Great company with work life balance . very good commission structure lots of opportunities for growth within company . Best part I like is great management time for stress free communication
