each day i have to meet my supervisor's demand. since i started at O.A.T i have learn how to drive folk lift, operate crane and operate pup joint machine. my co-work are very nice people we all work together as one to achive the comany goal for every month. the hardest part of the job is some times we fall behinde which put a lots of stress on as especially when its getting close to the end of the month because we have to meet the monthly requiremen. the most enjoyable times is when they host bbq for as and we also have monthly audit so who ever wins a gift and they also host bbq for the group and i like it because i group wins

Dirty and very hot work, not much thanks for going above and beyond. No real room for advancement unless you get on managers good side. No repercussions for supervisors or managers breaking rules, but lots of arbitrary and inconsistent trouble for any employee who make even honest mistakes. Would not recommended working here in any department or any type of role, pay is above average but not worth the stress overall.

The engineering team at AOT was fantastic to work with. There's support if you need it but also freedom to take control of your own projects. The engineering team is small and close-knit, and everyone else I met at the plant was always willing to help. You'll get out of it whatever you put into it - I'd recommend this to any mechanical engineering co-op student looking to get some experience in a plant-type environment.

Started as a labourer til im given a chance to work in a machine, it was a great place to work eventhough it's tiring. Great people started quiting, upper management thinks only theirselves. Showing that they care but was really not. Supervisors are like puppets, they can't even stands for you, always looking for someone to blame. Work at your own risk, good luck!

Use to be better management  and better company. Very low working condition  focus only 110 % production  results and a safety  culture is a joke.expect to operate multiple machine at evertime with a quality  product. You will be stress to maintain  same number  s of products  even its not your fault. Always   expect  layoffs  are more common. 




american owned company with the politics to go with it will not work there again and do not suggest anyone work there. ok pay with expectations to work 10 to 12 hour days and weekends with little to no thanks for doing it. shipping boss not a very good people person. some employees were ok others not so much. mostly family worked there fathers sons no room to grow or advance.

This was a very intuitive job  were you learn new things everyday  The people there are very hospitable.Good compensation package and benefit package. Excellent HR. Fun environment. Excellent Safety practices and excellent production practices.

If you like to get threatened your Job on a daily basis, this is the best place to be. Management doesen't care about peoples life. It's all about the numbers. 
It's a dusty, hot and dirty work environment.
Bad air quality and negative air pressure in the building 

did everything in the department because others are favored. Alot. Not managers, only in those positions because of who you know. 

If you like solid modelling as well as some hands-on machine shop work this position is for you. The work changes from day to day and most of the employees are willing to take some time to help u better understand the concepts
