Alcohol Countermeasure Systems

ACS is a good place for people starting out in their field or moving into new roles.  ACS will hire relatively inexperienced people and give them a chance.
The management team (for the most part) are willing to try/use new technologies to assist with business.  They are not afraid of trying new things and ways of doing things.
The downfall is they pay everyone as they do not have any experience (even after you have been there and prove you can do the job well).  The pay structure is around 30%-40% below average pay scale for the same position elsewhere.

Working with ACS allows a great spectrum of on-the-job training while working with multi-disciplinary teams. Its day to day work can be quite hectic but yet allows flexibility at achieving goals. This company demands self-driven individuals whom carry strong sense of responsibility with effective communication skills / soft skills.

I learned more here than school (university) could ever teach me.  I knew nothing of electronics manufacturing when I started here, but since I am a genius with an IQ measuring over 185, I learned quickly and advanced from telephone support to technical in less than a year and to administrator (above manager) in less than two.

Notice: I worked as a coop student thus my review should not be weighed heavily. During my coop at ACS, I have learnt a lot about the skills in conducting experiments and generating reports. My co-workers are extremely friendly and patient when it comes to teaching me.

It has a vision.
Good to start the career.
There are many nice employee. 
No one like to take any responsibility even the person did. Always blame other people.

Nice to work and friendly environment but salary does not commensurate to your skill and experience. Favoritism is the name of the game. If you want to advance your career, you have to be close to your boss.

Stressful job, low pay, management sucks and has no clue how to do their jobs they only care about number. The other call center agents are wonderful ppl but that’s the only pro to this job.

Job was a great expirenced didt have to work weekends hours was great pay could of being better .expirenced was wonderful assisting customer co- workers was excellent.
