This place lacks structure and guidance to get properly trained. It is unorganized, you don't have a say even if you speak up. There are no set times for breaks/lunches. People come in and out of work at different times. When you are getting trained, they will show you 1 or 2 times and then leave you to be on your own so they still have to do their part of the job. If you don't know you just don't know. I felt pressured by the boss to "prove myself" to him and he only likes if you work fast, that interferes with work performance and how you feel emotionally. No work instructions on step by step or pictures of what the parts should and shouldn't be like, you kinda just have to know. There is favoritism about who's been there for the longest and boss micromanages. People put their frustration, stress and anger out on you to cope. The boss interferes with the employee's work, and doesn't see the bigger picture to make "things work". Everyone does things differently but same results in the end, maybe one person is hard to understand but another person that shows you is easier to understand but the boss only wants you to work with a certain individual. You are a whole new hire, you can't expect them to  be exactly perfect and it's a new environment as well, speed comes with time and understanding the actual job. 

Its a smaller place.  It has good people, some less good like anywhere.  The pay is reasonable, but if you like a small place where people know your name and are friendly it's a comfortable place to be.  When you put in the work you are rewarded.  As a small company it's easy to see if you don't work which is why some people probably rated it bad. Plus side is they also notice when you do a good job.

Good place to work.  They keep you busy which helps the day go buy quickly.  It is a family company, so you are not a number, everyone is right there working including the owners.  More of a big family type atmosphere.

Coworkers are nice to work with and cooperative.  Everyone seems to help.  Management can be busy but will make time to help you or talk to you.

Family company. Everyone really cares about you.  You're a person, not a number.  They expect you to put in a good day's work but you are compensated.  Your work is truly appreciated here.

There are some good workers, but most of them have mental problems and I am not even surprised. The management is terrible, and they do not care about the mental health of their employee, they offer very low salaries as well. Do not work here. 

They expect you to run 5 machines and keep them running. The money wasn't worth it, make sure you get what you want if you decide to run 5 machines.

The place is micromanaged and employees closely monitored so less freedom.
Small workplace, some employees are nice and very helpful. Not conducive for career advancement or personal growth

Please do not work there. No growth cheap labour. Cheap attitude and low life people. Nothing is good about the company makes low quality products not a place to work.

Working in Alfa is a great learning experience and the people who work here have friendly attitude. Good management and hard working employees in the company.

this company give you lower pay if you can agree.
and they will let you do more work that you can do.
you don't have time to rest. terrible boss.
