Worst company ever. Poor management. Very unorganized. Incompetent staff. One of the TA for the lab assistant program in Ottawa is the worst and the most unprofessional with ZERO ethics, lack of proper knowledge in the field which is unfortunate to give students the wrong information and above all not able to answer students' questions. 

I really enjoy working with the staff at Algonquin Careers Academy.  They not only worked around my school schedule to allow me to work, but they also offered me a part time position in which to utilize my studies!

The work is varied so they is no chance of being bored on the job.

Learned how to work around an office manager that was unprofessional.
The CEO was a professional; promoted employee empowerment, tried really hard to keep to school going; very persistent, overall good.

Workers at this company are not fairly treated.  They are not paid industry standard wages.  Some get benefits and others do not.  The manager/owner changes schedules without notice and appears to have mood swings.  Many required tasks (grading exams, class prep) are not paid for.

- They create a  work environment that permits mutual trust and confidence
- Great work culture with life balance while rewarding hard work
- The management is supportive and very professional
- They communicate effectively and also welcome feedback from the entire team


From the moment they step in my office to the day they graduate, I am always there for the students. my favorite part is the smiles on the students' faces at graduation, their success is a very proud moment.

Professional Atmosphere to work with the college. Nice people highly organized, Have all kind of lunch related facility. They always have been supportive to any issue if taking place

Overall Excellent place to be with.

20 students.

Great work  environment .great Staff , staff lunch room available . Yearly Bonus. Staff activities . Caring and understanding bosses . The courses are taught by trained professionals 

This company doesnt care about their employees or students. They only care about making money. Push push push the students through. And very unqualified teachers
