It is a dynamic company to work always something changes.

•	Ensure the design and setup of the accounting system accurately reflects the needs of the newly acquired property.
•	Build the correct reporting to meet stakeholder expectations.
•	Setup expenses and revenue and see what is recoverable and what is not. 
•	Speak with tenants regarding contracts and charges for facility usage/upkeep. 
•	Perform month-end and quarter end related duties.
•	Manage the audit process independently.
•	Review the management discussion and analysis (MD&A) and notes to the financial statements.
•	Assist with the reporting currency change and convert company’s financial statements in to USD.

Allows to experience a very broad and depth working experience. If you're looking for a passionate company who is striving always to expand and grow it's customer base then this is the the company to work for. However that comes with exceptionally long working hours and maintaining a work life balance is challenging.

Like a train running off its tracks. Heavily focused on growth, but not enough investment in human resources and tools. Job descriptions do not algin with actual duties. Extremely high turn over.

Mostly made GIS maps and researched permits/policy. Pretty fun and provided free coffee/tea/pop but the office was always cold. Allowed to bank hours to take holiday.

Huge company with a big promising future, people are dedicated, fair and very respectful.

Managers and Directors are very supportive. 

Healthy environment to work, develop and grow.

Great company to work for, people are friendly and will answer any question you have. Flexible hours but really busy, a lot of work to go through.

A lot of changes at the company leading to high stress/turnover. Several reorganizations in the past few years. However, pay is somewhat above market. 

Great place to work. Change management opportunities plus remote work culture. Great overall benefits and team members are supportive. The culture is great.
