The job itself is good. The people you work with are nice and friendly. Lacks training new employees even old employees do not have all the proper training. Most managers/supervisors and study managers do not have the simplest background on nursing such as taking vs,apply cold compress when needed, blood glucose,critical thinking... ( puts more pressure on nurses to do the work especially when busy). The pay is not the best very competitive. Zero guaranteed hours one week you can go from working 30hours and the next 4hr.

I had the pleasure of working at Algorithme Pharma for about a year and a half and I truly enjoyed the experience. I learned a lot about office life and how to manage myself in the environment as well as how to use basic Microsoft software. The management there is very efficient and friendly and established proper rapports with their employees through understanding and mutual respect. They are a great company.

•	developing and writing trial protocols (outlining the purpose and methodology of a trial);
•	presenting trial protocols to a steering committee;
•	designing data collection forms, known as case report forms (CRFs);
•	coordinating with the ethics committee, which safeguards the rights, safety and wellbeing of all trial subjects;

I learned a lot there it was my first jobs after I graduated from university. Co-workers are friendly and the schedule is flexible (advantage for family-work conciliation)

The team is amazing, everyone is very welcoming.
We can collaborate with ease with the other departments and there is a lot of team effort. We care a lot about consumers service and we try to give the best experience to our clients.

Added workload is expected in every position, adding a full department without renumeration was never part of the original contract. It is done regularly with Algorithme.

I learned a lot about the pharmaceutical industry and all the regulations. Hardest part was keeping up with the quotas but it got easy after a while. I enjoyed the free lunches they had from time to time.

It isn't the greatest company in regards to competitive salaries but it does strive to offer employees a healthy work-life balance with many activities, free food (bagels, ice cream, pizza, etc.) and a very flexible schedule.

Great place to start, hire people straight from school. Flexible hours. A lot of hours. No benefits, low salary and low salary increases. AMAZING people to work with.
