Working at all weather , you never feel secure . Management will pick favourites and will make sure you know it. There was no coaching or help to improve, they would tell you to be better and then make sure you knew you messed up and “weren’t a favourite”  you would go to work and try your very best , and there was never a “thank you” ever. One of the worst work environments I have ever been in ever

Worked here for more than a year (ignoring red and yellow flags, my mistake). Management is rigid, adverse to any type of feedback or change, and an HR nightmare when it comes to DEI. Ancient systems, zero documentation. Rampant seccsual harassment. Hybrid work but at manager's discretion, meaning, some people get the flexibility and some do not. Same type of favouritism across other functions and roles. No upward mobility, no coaching, no development. Do not recommend.

The work atmosphere here is incredibly toxic, primarily due to ineffective management and colleagues who will stab you in the back to get a raise or promotion. Once a desirable place to work, the company has significantly declined over the years, especially after the rebranding to "All Weather at Home," which was more a joke than a fresh start!

Company is fun to work for. It’s a fast paced and hands on. the people are generally nice benefits are good and raises are ok annually. Overall it’s pretty decent company to work for 

Good work environment at first and then work environment wasn’t so much friendly anymore. The work was fair and the pay is good for the amount of work you did.
