fun place, employee focused. Lots of events go on for staff, and appreciation given for work done. Good opportunity to advance, from factory to design and/or sales.  Continuous Improvement is big here, really allows you to have a big purpose of coming to work. Not just to do your daily role, but are part of the change that takes place. Company allows you control to experiment ideas and ways to get better, then if it works out well, gets rolled out all areas and even in some instances between divisions. Pretty cool to see the change that is possible. 

The day to day workload can fluctuate.  That in turn leaves room for continuous improvement, which is strived on heavily,  It is a safe place to work and hazards and precautions are taken into consideration daily.  A morning work huddle is used for communication purposes and general monthly meetings also happen.  Lots of room to voice opinions and hear about changes and growth to the company.

99.9% men & 2 females including me. 
Managment style comes from old school days and wouldn't make in todays workplace. wonmen were not treated fairly.
No respect for women and not treated fairly. Embarrassed me yelled at me treated me like I didn't matter at all. I would not do any business with this company. 
No job securty as men control the work force. Not a great place to work in my experience.

The work load is far beyond what is payed when starting..if it’s Friday and you got plans for Saturday but management says there’s OT Saturday....prepare for a guilt trip about not putting up your side of the bargain when they hired you...and the separation between how office staff and the production workers are treated is like night and day .. they value paper pushers over another hammer they can hire.

Fun place to work. Not a career. Management will make a opinion of you in a few month and will never change from there. Discrimination and favoritism is a big problem there.

Best people to work with. If you need a temporary job while looking for something better it can do. If you want to kill yourself at work for little pay and risk loosing your job in the winter. Apply.

Good place to assemble. For some guys Need more training like building roof trusses, operating machine and other things but never happen when i was been here for more than 3 years. Punjabi guys can be pretty annoying when you don't know what they are saying they can be stubborn. But sometimes be chill to work with.

The Staff are like Family. Working together as a team. the company has medical benefits, pension plan, profit sharing, company Christmas party and picnic. Worked here for quit a few years. My manager is accommodating  , room to grow and apply for other positions and move up in the company. The pay is reasonable. Overall great place to work.

Using workers outside in extreme cold to pile trusses, typical slavery, few employees especially in production line work, two employees doing heavy task of four employees, very difficult. Work with less pay of $11.50 to 12.50(with night premium, $1.00 added for evening shifts)

Worked there for over a year and it was awful. The pay isn't worth it for the amount of work they expect out of you, and they try to guilt trip you into doing OT on Saturdays.  Also never got the benefits they promised, so be extra cautious of that

I learned to be independent and a team player. The supervisors and management were helpful and always ensured safety and quality products. Plus giving the customers a great product is satisfying to see to.
