Can't see what they are doing wrong because they are trying to do too much instead of what they are good at.  Owners put too much faith in untrained managers that are slowly poisening and destroying the company.  Sales staff working under tremendous pressure with little to no supervision and get dumped on when they make mistakes.
Company has potential BUT won't happen until they remove their heads from their butts and manage the great employees they have.  Sales Manager has to go back to doing what he is good at and they need to hire a people-person.  Only takes one guy to ruin a company.

Owners and sales manager are very pleasant....in the interview! They treat you like you are their best friend. Sales Manager has never made a sale but he is suppose to manage people who do, figure that one out. He is a puppet and a yes man and that's about it. When you make even the smallest mistake they come down hard on you, that is when you see the real person come out. 

They preach being family owned and treating everyone like your family but make a small mistake and your done.

Small company and family feel for the most part, fair pay, some opportunities for learning and growth, growing pains and frustrations with new processes and input from newly acquired advisors and managers. Frustration with new processes and delays, wait times and mistakes. Management listens most of the time but might be listening more to
new advisors and people with plans, agendas instead of long term and hard working employees with experience. Future of this company could be great or might end up going down hill. 

Dishonest , Misguided circus of the blind.

Truly a mentally taxing environment to attempt to function in.
Lots of talk , very little action.

The operations manager is unqualified for the position and is  leading the business astray!
Too bad really cause some real decent people are unfortunately still employed there!

As a partner in the company for over 20 years, I still love coming into work. I love the people I work with and have developed life long friendships with my co-workers. I look forward to meeting new members of the team and encourage anyone considering working here to reach out to our current employees to get a real sense of what it is like to work here. 

Extreme Toxic environment. 
The managers are unqualified and are managers in title only.
Business is conducted on emotion.
Do not dare to make a mistake.  If you do the entire company will be notified about it.
You are disciplined when you stand up for yourself.
Do as I say not as I do environment.
Respect is demanded not earned.

Terrible place to work endless you love dealing with micro management 
Deal with full grown men that act like 2 year old
The operations manager  is incompetent and does not know how to run a buisness 
It's a great place to work if you want to be cheated and lied to 

I have been working at All Lift for 8 years. A great place to work and good work life balance.

Peers and management are here to help and have helped me secure deals and advance in my career

Family environment 

Terrible culture. The staff tries to intimidate others. Go along to get along attitude. They are not very knowledgeable and very closed-minded individuals.
