This place set me up for failure..
no second chances.
no support.
Ton of criticism 
treated like a dog.
Sweep and sweep the floor but no provided education for those seeking to get into the trade. Hurt my confidence. 
Made a few mistakes but they were very criticizing and offered no chances.  The people i worked around didn't show support and looked down upon me. Its a hard up work place difficult to fit in, you either fit in or you don't. 
I didnt know Prince George of have experience using a truck and they asked me to find a place to drop off some parts in which i barely managed to find myself and my anxiety was out the roof considering im from another town as well. Horrible of this place to not provide proper supervision and make sure that people succeed the right way. I did attempt to put myself out there to learn and ask questions but they hardly seemed to show much care to teach.  

I worked for this place longer than I care to admit. Upper management only cares about themselves and the money lining their pocket. Employees that go above and beyond are not praised or respected, in fact they are chastised when they finally have enough and do just what's required. You will be told not to do unsafe things, then when it is to their benefit told to do unsafe things and "just make it happen". It used to be a phenomenal place to work but with upper management changes staff no longer matters, only money does. Once hired the facade comes down and you see the true colors of All West Glass. Promised raises never happen, lies repeatedly told. 10/10 I would recommend not working here. You're mental and physical health, and your home/work life balance will thank you.

The work environment was filled with extremely toxic people and constant drama. no pay raise. Forced to work overtime and if you request days off you will be told no and be forced to work days you don't normally work. Higher ups pick favorites and do not bat an eye at any complaints or concerns made by employees. Management is extremely unprofessional as well. Would not recommend working with this company to anyone unless you want to be treated terrible and like you do not have a life outside of work. 

the typical day is you show up to work and are give no gidance. if you ask for help it will not come. they do not even try to take your side when you tell them about unsafe work. management constantly screws up with ordering material and wil then blame the workers for not getting the work done when we dont have the material. half of the jourenyman that work they dont not know what they are doing and it shows.

Unfortunately, there was too much idle time sitting, which had an affect on my health. I enjoyed working with all staff members. Long days resulted/restricted my time. Very good company to work for and I probably would have stayed working there casual or part-time.

blue skin/prepare the frames for the windows and applying the rubber and fixing doors. and installing various vehicle window repairs worked one on one with the managers son and the hardest part of the job was finishing on time and making sure the job was done properly the most enjoyable part of the job was it was self paced and the co-workers were always very positive and helping attitude

Booking appointments for windshield installations .. ordered windshields. Window purchase and installation quotes and customer service.  Enjoyed working with customers .. the job was a satisfying one always learning something new.  Management was amazing a
family oriented company that works together.

Management is well established in each locations. As an employee I feel well respected and that my contribution is meaningful to the entire company as a whole. I am pleased to work in such an environment and recommend to others. 

Working at All-West Glass has provided me with a wide range of new skills and ability to take with me in the future as well as new knowledge on many different types of vehicles. Management has been supportive and helpful in fixing majority of issues that do come up in a timely manner.

Lots of drama drama.  You are treated like 
an outsider who doesn't belong and should know everything off the get go by co workers.   Management was good to a point, promises were made but no follow up.  Set up for disappointment.   I just say good luck
