I started in the early morning wash tables Wash the trays left from the night before wash all top of chair dust wash all garbage area wash garbage bins that all before 11:30 am i would start at 7:00 am After lunch i would wash trays give trays to restaurants wash floor sweep bring garbage to garbage area.What i like about the mall is talking with the elderlys being friendly making the people feel good The hardest part is pleasing everyone.I had the best co-worker mane  good time i miss them all What i learn was you can please everyone and i learn i am a strong woman Management was ok

Working for Allen Maintenance was not exactly the type of job for me but my co-workers are the reason I stayed long than I would have. I made so many friends and became really close with most of them. I learned some great cleaning techniques and I still use them today.

I learned at Allen to work on a timeline and fast.
I learned to work under pression.
The most enjoable part of job is the time we spend with my co-workers around a table before the job starts, we share funny stories and enjoy snacks together.

When management changed from Pinkham and Sons to Allen Maintenance was constant issues. Mainly with regards to lack of cleaning supplies/ supplies in general. Very stressful

Every day was different.I learned try to be my best!
I learned that often ,co-worker operate best if left to apply their skills!

Fast paced work place, where most tasks need to be completed in a short set time, as many tasks need to be done throughout shift. Would not recommend unless you like to be constantly on the move.

Loads of work to do in limited time. Fast paced often too fast. Management was good. Coworkers were friendly and nice. Workload was at time excessive.
