Alliance is good if you are hired through family connections. Management is highly political and places importance on nepotism vs job performance. Very poor vendor management and have very poor customer satisfaction which becomes a toxic combination.

Learned many things related to fiber optics and this constituted the best aspect of working there. 
Management consisted of many people who were a pleasure to work with and one who ruined the environment with bully-like behaviour. 
Hardest aspect: working with said negative management
Most enjoyable aspect: Learning many theoretical and applicable things in the telecommunications industry

My typical day of work consisted of assembling cables, I learned to connectorize,polish and pack the cables. My co-workers were very loving and caring. They always helped me out whenever I was having trouble. This job was not very difficult at the most part just some minor assembly issues. The most enjoyable part of the job was not lifting heavy weight and having a calm atmosphere where everyone is talking and enjoying themselves

Worked for some wonderful people and learned many new skills during my time here. Had very little knowledge of broadband and wireless infrastructure before and am know much more educated in this field.

It was great working there specially with Director Supply Chain and the team. The supply team was very technical to work with and I learnt a lot of supply chain function in this role. The salary was on the lower side but the up side of it was all the knowledge gained in this particular industry.

-the company ships out telecommunications supply devices and parts.

-My co-workers are from all walks of life and are easy to work with
 

A very friendly work environment which made learning this new industry easier. Management and co-workers were great. I enjoyed  the different aspects of the job as this made the day pass quickly.

At Alliance corporation its was nice place to work calm and quite. Staff was nice and co operative.they keep engage with new projects and challenges. I quite there because i got another good opportunity.

The people are nice, management needs a little improvement but it’s okay. Worked there for a summer and if it weren’t far from where I lived, I might’ve stayed longer.
