This is an employment agency and work varies from different business establishments. You learn with different people, it was great as you learn different culture. Hardest part of the job is there is no definite schedule as you are on call if there is work available

Called up to work , wrong address, incorrect information. The employer said we would work for 10 hours and get paid $12.50 in the end we worked 8 hours and got paid $11.50. Plus the employer wanted to take an extra half hour of our pay checks

Happy to have worked with such a great company- very friendly staff and management and they are always there to help. They are easy to contact and quickly deal with any problems that arise. I have been working with Alliance for about 10 years and would gladly recommend them to anyone looking for work.

Need a car in most cases for work. No after hours line. Some pay issues. Other times you get a great job but no advancement and may end up on contract for more than 3 years with no permanent hire.

This company does not know how things should be run they wait till last moment to get supplies. No communication between staff. 
They get mad at workers because that they being told what to do but no communication of any sort between management

To the best of my knowledge the company is now closed after shafting many fine employees for due severance pay.

Excellent job work force and accommodative , and great management people and I have learnt so many things that I don't know before and also the use of so many tools, pallet jacks, building of so many stuff 

Did not work there very long. Was my first job as a driver. Alliance was a driver broker. They would send drivers out to work for other companies. Would sometimes not know who you would be working for,

its fun working in a  warehouse meet new peoples and learn new things . I love to do packaging and picking boxes. My warehouse have a good management and also my supervisor he have a good behaviour.

Too many times I was told I wasn't needed at work by the time I arrived on site. 
The people training me basically had no business training anyone.
No communication skills whatsoever.
