Alliance Energy Industrial

For one year I was the Demo Truck coordinator where I had to schedule appointments , book flights , hotels. I was going around the country doing presentations about our tools and systems. I had to learn in two  months about all the tools and systems from Atalas Copco. After one year I transfer to the service department where I was a mobile Service Technician . I was going to our customers in Detroit are and I was doing assessments, repairs and calibration . When I was at the office sometimes I play ping pong with my colleges it was a fun atmosphere with fantastic peoples .

Learned a lot more about multi-loop fire alarm systems.  The majority of my work was pre-commissioning/QAQC, fire alarm installations, MCC/switchgear terminations (600v-13.8kva).  The toughest part of the job was management was fairly disorganized and a lot of the days were spent waiting for instructions and updates.

We were paid really well for the sacrifice of being away from our loved ones for shift work. It was a massive expansion project but that being said, the safety track record that Alliance Energy had was next to immaculate. I enjoyed this site and the guys we worked with were much like family.

We worked 10 hour for 2 weeks shift.
Management was very friendly.
I'm very impress with co-workers, they are very respectful and helpful.
My hardest part of work was to climb the stair back and forth.
Most enjoyable part of this company was when I done the assignment.

Alliance has a great team working for them when I was there. You could say working for Alliance was easy and fun. They had all the tools and equipment needed for every task. I gained a substantial amount of knowledge and experience.
Would be my pleasure to work for them again.

If there was ever a position with this firm available again I would definitely consider working with them in the future. They have a strong safety culture. Very professional Corporation.

I worked with a lot of different people, the job was a good job. I learned a lot about working in an industrial setting especially the safety needed.

I liked that job, management was good. Good people to work with, and safety was priority with them. And they are well organize.
