What is the best part of working at the company?
There are a lot of cool people working out there on the ramp. It’s pretty easy to make friends

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
 Management provides very little aid to the workplace, and more often than not, when they are around it’s only scrutiny you feel despite giving your best effort. Management is also very disorganized, failing to provide the equipment and resources necessary to get the job done

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
They tell you it’s safety first, and they tell you that quite often, but in reality, the only thing that matters is to stay quiet and get the job done with what you have

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Come in, set up our gates, fight with other employees for equipment and tools, and hope that enough people show up for the shift to help get the flights out

Benefits: It was disappointing to learn that benefits are not provided until after one year of employment. This policy is discouraging for employees who are committed to the company success from the beginning.

Company Operations: Unfortunately, I found that the overall operation of the company is quite disorganized. There were frequent issues that impacted our ability to perform our duties effectively and efficiently.

Administration: The administrative support was lacking, which added to the challenges we faced on the ground. Communication and problem solving from the administrative side were often inadequate.



The management here is terrible. Everyone is toxic and favouritism is a big thing between supervisors. Unfair and  the worst workplace I’ve had. They aren’t accommodating at all and don’t care about you. If you send emails about what’s happening in the workplace they don’t take any action. They want a doctors note for going home early even if it’s something small like you having a cold. If your called for a meeting they want you to prove everything like take a picture of traffic if that’s why your late. 0/10 its a pain to work here.

Most of my coworkers hard working

The management does not communicate well, and the turnover rate is atrocious… 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
There is not much of a culture. The place is quite cliquey 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Quite stressful, but fun at times if you’re an airline fan!

As described in the Job description. Lot's of lifting bags. Hardest part is loading or offloading inside the planes. Pay is ok, unionized so raises every 6 months. Some of the airlines have really good flight benefits.

Scheduling is seniority based. You could either work mornings or evenings all depending what is left when it's your turn to pick

The people are amazing to work with and if you need help there is always someone there to help you no questions asked.

It’s not stressful at all work at your pace and you’ll be fine safety is #1

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
It was a great experience and there is multiple cultures.

Expects a great deal from you without compensating to match. Management consists of really great and really terrible people - with the latter making your job feel like a bigger burden that it already is.

A typical day can be very stressful here. I've seen many girls get yelled at and leave crying. Days can get very long sometimes with little or break. Training is very short and the trainer is rude. If you get a good day with no yelling passengers in can fun sending people around the world but airports are stressful for everyone.

Luckily I had a great trainer who cared about safety but like others was terminated after he did his job.
Lots of overtime but rate of pay was bad.
Office was not organized along with no vending machine or free coffee

Long stressful days. Only 30 minutes breaks are given. Favoritism is a big role in advancement with the managers & supervisors. Turnover rate is horrible. If favored by the managers & supervisors your rewarded more work with out proper compensation. No coffee machines or water jugs on site, So you burn out much quicker
