Alliance Pipeline

The company has a good culture and usually is a good working environment.  That changed when the initial 15-year shipping contracts expired and some new Team Leads were brought in. Now Management is hard to approach and no longer appreciates the employees.  Salary and benefits are quite good.

Alliance Pipeline was eventually integrated with Enbridge.
There is now  minimal staff working remotely from the office.  

I was with the office services team which included everything from Reception to office moves.  A very close and well organized team making it the ideal environment with great team lead.

Alliance is all about giving back to the community. They promote lots of volunteerism within and outside of the organization. They also sponsor several organizations. In addition, every employee is allowed to donate $500 Alliance dollars towards a charity of their choice.

Alliance likes to get involved in games like Halloween contests, Christmas functions, independent competitions.

If you want to move up they give you options.

I enjoy meeting new people and having a diversified job.

People are really good at what they do but under current direction, the company has lost it's culture. Company has gone down hill in the last 3-4 years.

I found Alliance a great place to work, with great people. There was a strong organizational culture at Alliance that supported their employees and growth of the organization.

I had a great year and a half at Alliance Pipeline. It was only due to the slow down in oil and gas that I was laid off as I was a contractor. My coworkers were great people.

Incredible culture and engagement. Great people who liked to work hard and play hard. It was the best place that I have ever worked. It's unfortunate that it no longer exists.

No longer a going enterprise as employees and assets have been absorbed by Enbridge and Pembina.

The people in the field are disregarded and and the culture has gone down hill. It used to be a sought after company to be with but the new management style has made it intolerable
