Allianz was a great company to work for. the employees were typically pretty upbeat people and their was a definite friendly atmosphere. The company did all it could to ensure that their employees were happy and enjoyed being there. they would often do things like free lunches, give always, draws and had a well established event comity. They also had great benefits for those whom stayed on longer than 6 months. However, everyday you are giving negative news to clients.  Telling them that they aren't eligible for their medical claim. The hardest part was saying no to the people who desperately need it. In most countries you have to pay out of pocket for medical treatment (if billing cant be arranged) and it can be in the tens of thousands for an emergency stay. Most people don't have that kind of money to spend.

My job is very fun, meeting new people and getting to know their perceptions about a product already in the market or about to be introduced. 

In this job, I am learning a lot example Korean language for sometimes I do translate from English to Korean, learn to enter data and how to conduct a survey in a professional manner.

Since we are all freelancers, everybody is kind of a "boss" on his/her own. However, our team is an exciting team, energetic and always ready to deliver. It is a fun and educative team.

The hardest part of the job is at the very beginning. Trying to make sure the right words are used not to scare respondents and a proper introduction of yourself. Apart from this, the rest is stress free.

The most enjoyable part of the job is trying to communicate from English to Korean. Is kind of learning a new language, which I like. I love challenges.

A difficult environment where employees are driven to work hard, and rewards are few. This employer does not value or encourage new ideas or independent thinking,HR is on side with Management when it comes to employee support and problem resolution... There is a real culture of unrest and dissatisfaction from employees, resulting in high turn over including Sr management . Frequent changes to CEO, COO, CFO , Department Director result in frequent changes in direction to business operations.. Poor communication from Management to teams, and failed projects that were initiated without the solid investigation and research before introducing  overall success. Minimal documentation and training support., with an attitude  of " you should just know the answer" in most situations.

A traditional work culture from the senior management level view and ambitions for culture are not delivered by direct reports. This surfaces most starkly by middle-management communicating when they are told they have to (so it is very formal and lacks engagement since they are obviously not comfortable talking to the teams).  Good place to work if you want to get promoted, since they seem to promote regularly, the down side is that people are not developed in a meaningful way and receive little support. Corporate and Senior leadership are supportive in terms of their policies and had an open mind during the Covid pandemic and do request feedback on Townhall type meetings and regular surveys.

In all fairness It's not a bad place to work!

Management/Team Leaders  in certain departments such as  customer service and sales department really needs to work with their employees instead of against them.

Human Resources not approachable, even when they tell you they are.

Pay wise....
 when you've been there almost 9 years and your salary has only gone up +$4 that's sad and that's why people leave.

There's no loyalty in this company even to such an employee as myself tenured of approaching 10 years 
they are quick to pay you OUT with a severance payout
to cover their butts but that's all!

I felt as if this would be a stepping stone for me but upon starting there I quickly realized how amazing this company is.  They treat their employees with respect and dignity. They understand life can be messy. Management is not there to scold you they will walk beside you and help every step of the way.  There’s room for growth if you earn it. And the pay is particularly amazing for this line of work.   If you go in to this thinking I need a job you may miss out on a life long career with a company that actually cares about its employees. 

The people you work with, hands down some of the best people to ever know, I'm glad to call them friends.

Management though on the other hand, either you were in their clique or kept to yourself then they would have no worries about letting you go.

Job security not so much, got released after working there 15 months because I wasn't a "fit" but after making the company a large amount of money and winning multiple customer service awards that doesn't matter I guess.

I would recommend this job because the associates are some of the best people you'll ever meet, but you'll have to rub shoulders with management.

Basically it’s like a high school. There are little groups little cliques and when you’re added into them if you don’t fit your outcast in management normally handles doing the outcast thing and telling what agents and who to be rude to who it’s pretty disgusting when you actually say it back. If I have to give them credit for anything it’s the way they allow their start times for your shift you get there when you get there you work eig.ht hours you go home it’s decent that way everything else straight baloney

No place for growth nor secure job (they only hired upon contract).
Manager/Supervisor there won't really listen to you if youre new, they will play a HUGE favourtism with those who they are closed to an allowed them to do what ever they want, from taking extra break and lunch break, leaving early, gossip about you and other coworker, literally doing nothing and just chatting all day while throwing work onto you to do.

Save yourself the hassle and find another better paying job. Theyre paying minimum wage here for a co-operate job 

Got fired for being sick--with documentation. Given my walking papers, not allowed to go pick up any of my stuff, then escorted out the other side of the building from where employees park.  I had to walk around the entire building in the rain, in early April.
