When I came in for my interview. They made me start the same day and told me training was for 4 days, come to find out training was barely a day. They walk up and down the aisle commanding sales but when asked for help they ignore you. They tell you no cell phone on the floor but don't enforce the rules. They deduct money for your breaks which should be paid for an 8 hour shift. There is no room for growth. People have had the same position for over four years. Then they threaten you that if you leave they will blacklist you from coming back and not offer a reference letter as if someone would be proud to say they work there. Their computer system keeps shutting down and disconnecting every time. One employee had to log back in over 10 times. Management is run by young adults who act like teenagers always on their cell phone. The only pro is that you can dress down everyday so you save money on having to spend money on business casual clothing. If I could start my next job right away I would of ran out of there right away.

Most unprofessional job I've ever worked at! On a typical day you come into work, all you hear is yelling. There's zero encouragement, all they care about is sales and hours. Most of the time I see the manager belittling and embarrassing the employees. No paid lunch or break. They deduct money for being a min late, a lot of gossiping is done by management. They have a policy about phones but use there's all the time and can barely enforce the rules. Enough favoritism with certain employees and management. Honestly, it was the most hostile environment I've seen in a long time.

I enloyed lot my work at Pearson Airport Job , It's very good fun and good co-workers and great management.

I had a very good customer relationship in my own store business after left that business still we are connected on social network and best part some holidays we celebrate together.

In past 2 Years learn lots and get more experience in sales & customer service with diffrent kind of work and also diffrent kind of crowd.

I am vey friendly with co-worker and responsible in my work with flexible to work any time.

It was a great place agent wise. I was there for almost 2.5 years and loved working with the people there. The management on the other hand is 50/50. The upper management WILL NOT promote you if your educated and white (atleast in the dept i was in). The management had a minority agenda and the staff knew of this aswell. Other then that if you need to work ft and just want the money i say go for it.

There is no worse place to work. The company has a daily "revolving door" and the employees are treated no better than robots. The only positive side of working at this company, is the possibility to work overtime , when the hours are made available. Nothing else is worth of investing our time with an employer that does not value its People. Sorry about my honesty...

Overall I loved working there. 

Repetitive work- staring at the computer screen a lot. But once you get the hang of it, it's actually really rewarding! Great management

chill work environment. Repetitive work and time feels like its going by really slow. management team is great. very friendly. sitting long hours might lead to some health issues.

it was a great work environment, met a lot of good people. Learn from my coworkers and had a good experience. The only problem is the hours are draining and they have a high turnaround. Probably due to the long hours.
