If your looking for a Job for right now... it's not so bad.. They are pretty good about shifts and needing time off.. However there is no raises unless cost of living increases. They have a bonus system which good luck hitting that....as well i wouldn't bank of movement in the company. it's a cheap company saving there penny were they can

But if its a part time thing its alright and if it's just till something else better comes around then its OK as well.... just don't get stuck there... like me.... so easy to stay then to look LOL

The job is pretty stressful and you can imagine what calling past due clients is like and reminding them they need to make a payment. Yes, this company often offers all the ot you can handle but you still make peanuts. The people you work with tho are pretty amazing and I've let more than a few know that's why I'm still there and will be sad when I leave, which is any day now.

A typical day at work consists of calling debtors and recording notes using a specific software. Training is provided. The co-workers are awesome to work with and make the job more enjoyable than it already is.

The people were nice but the job sucks. They treat u like a baby (sign out of your phone to go to the bathroom) and are so strict on the phones with too many calls per hour. Large turnover!!!!!!

This is a great place to work withs lots of great co-workers and management staff. lots of contexts to encourage for better performance.
