I recently completed a stent at Allison Jones Consulting, and I must say it was a mixed experience. There were some positive aspects, but overall, it Left a lot to be desired. on the bright side, The camaraderie among my fellow staff members outside of my team was commendable, And I appreciated the opportunity to work with them. However, the lack of support from Management was a significant drawback.  From the beginning, it became evident that there was limited assistance or guidance available, when facing challenges, or needing clarification, I often felt left to navigate the situation on my own. Regrettably, the absence of support was not an isolated occurrence. Team dynamics were disappointing, and the collaboration I had hoped for was lacking. The camaraderie amongst staff members which could have been fostered a supportive and productive work environment was noticeably absent. This created a sense of isolation and hindered my ability to perform at my best. In order to thrive in any role, a strong, supportive system, and effective teamwork are essential. Unfortunately, my experience fell short in this regard, leaving me feeling unsupported and disconnected. In conclusion, the negative far surpassed the positive. I believe in more cohesive and supportive work environment would greatly benefit both current and future employees.

Coming to Canada was just my dream 3 years ago, and here I am today enjoying my first day in this beautiful country with friendly people, laid back kind-of-life, cool weather and socially diverse environment.

All these will not be possible without the help of AJ Immigration group Inc. The whole team are exceptional, from recruitment process, application and  until my arrival day they are very hands on and cooperative. They have assisted me all througout the process and I’ve got my visa within 6 months from the day that I received a job offer.

The work environment is distressing, largely due to poor management practices and a lack of support for employees. The high-pressure atmosphere and inconsistent treatment from higher-ups contribute to a toxic work environment.

The company appears to struggle with issues such as insufficient mental health support and a culture that does not prioritize employee well-being. This has led to high turnover rates and a general sense of dissatisfaction among the staff.

My thoughts are with those who continue to face these difficulties.

I have nothing  but positive things to say about Allisson Jones Consulting Services.  I would like to express my huge appreciation to the whole Team for taking care of everything  from preparation to submission of my visa application through spouse sponsorship ; and acquiring a positive feedback only in a span of three months.  
Staffs are wonderful and always followed through on my questions / clarifications.

I moved to Alberta Canada back in 2015 from Dubai, worked as a Food Service Supervisor for 2 years and promoted to manager afterwards. AJC Services helped me reached my dreams to come to Canada. They were with me throughout the process since the very first stage up until I get my Permanent Residence. Now, I am reunited with my family as I was able to bring them here where they are enjoying a great life with free healthcare and education. It truly is a dream come true.

The environment is toxic and there is no structure.  The owner is all over the place and is a bully. The free lunches are to compensate for the bad behavior the owner does towards her staff.  This company has a lot of issues with respect and positive encouragement.  Yelling is not a method people respond to.  Talking smack about other people as an owner is not professional. Stay away....

The work culture is very dynamic compared to other places I have worked. The work environment is friendly and very flexible. The management is very flexible and considerate. We interact with people from different culture and background, the most enjoyable part of my job is seeing candidates achieve their dreams of getting "the dream job". I love the team work and all the fun activities with colleagues.

Staff are very accomodating in all the querries for all the doubts during the process. This application made us feel the excitement and nervousness but AJ was all helpfull all through out the process and always knowledgeable in all areas. You can reach them in their emails and they are very responsive if you qualified on the post job hiring. All the best to your company and hoping you can help more applicants in the future.
