Pros:
	•	Strong product lineup with a trusted brand name.

Cons:
	•	Pay plan is among the lowest in the industry, with limited earning potential.
	•	Little opportunity to build client relationships due to lack of professional workspace (sales desks are not personalized or client-friendly).
	•	Sales staff are expected to handle non-sales duties (such as retrieving vehicles, running errands, and installing fuses) which takes away from selling time.
	•	Long hours compared to many other dealerships in the industry.
	•	Work environment is outdated and not conducive to a professional sales atmosphere.
	•	Limited support from management; feedback is minimal and constructive coaching is rare.
	•	Finance process can leave clients feeling pressured, which impacts long-term customer satisfaction.

Advice to Management:
Consider revising the pay structure, providing proper workspaces for sales professionals, reducing non-sales tasks, and offering more coaching and support. Improving the sales process and client experience could also strengthen both employee morale and customer retention.

As an automotive salesperson, I've had my fair share of challenging encounters with dealerships, but my experience with Alpha Auto Group takes the cake for being the absolute worst which is a feat in itself. 

Management displayed a shocking lack of professionalism. They were disinterested, uninformed, and seemed more concerned with their personal conversations than assisting customers and had no knowledge of the vehicles on their lot and couldn't answer basic questions about features or specifications. The inventory was far from impressive. 
 Instead of transparently discussing pricing and financing options, we relied on underhanded sales tactics to deceive customers, especially for the finance office since they are under scrutiny form corporate. 


My experience at CAMCO ACURA was disappointing. The workplace was often disorganized, making daily tasks more difficult than necessary. Management lacked professionalism and effective leadership skills, and communication from management was frequently rude and unhelpful. A typical workday involved dealing with unclear instructions and inconsistent processes. The hardest part of the job was the lack of organization and support from management. While I gained some experience working with vehicles and customers, the overall work environment made it difficult to succeed. The most enjoyable part of the job was working alongside some hardworking coworkers.

Management and hire ups dont treat us well. They dont care about our personal lives, and balancing work and other important things is hard. The pay is very low, and safety is also a big concern. The tools and equipment we need are old and sometimes missing. This makes it dangerous for us to complete certain jobs without them. The managers didn't talk to us before making decisions, which made things confusing and slow. 
 We are asked to do repairs that were not necessary, instead of doing honest work.

Lastly, there is not enough opportunities for us to grow. We dont receive much training, and it makes it challenging to keep up with new technology and models.



The biggest challenge is dealing with the upper management's unrealistic expectations. The company's owner has no clue how the automotive industry works and only cares for his pocket, no the employees. Toxic environment all around. Could be good if you are looking for a career start in the automotive dealership,  but please note that there is no job security there. Incompetency is everywhere, top to bottom, because that's what Alpha Group can afford as they don't pay well. 

10+ years building a career only to be let go for a "cheaper" option. Blaintantly lied to, deceived and mistreated. It may seem like just a disgruntled former employee but I was exemplary, had super high standing with the manufacturer, stats proven success time and time again. One new person came along that tried to save the company a buck and out I go. I loved my job so much. You're just a number there after all. It honestly hurts. Not a good place to make a career. TONS of turnover especially in management. Word of advice, steer clear. You'll thank me in the end.

Absolutely LOVED the coworkers. Unfortunately with new management, everything went downhill (which the exception of one manager). 
All they care about is making money, and not at all about how their team members are being treated. 
They also have you work 90 hours weeks with NO overtime. 
I would never recommend working under the Alpha Auto Group, unless you’re prepared to work your hardest for the bare minimum in return. 

STAY AWAY FROM ALPHA GROUP.
THIS COMPANY DOES NOT CARE ABOUT YOU.
What a stressful place to work. Gave a lot of time and energy to this company, and at the end I got fired for working too fast. Underqualified techs making many mistakes, and the shop forman has to cover up their mistakes. Unfair compensation, not being prayed for any training, hours are horrible, working 6 days a week.
The management is very underqualified for their position.
The best part of this job was, I don't have to go back.

Alpha does not like to invest money in proper equipment or employees. Reason why there is a high turnover rate. The head of the company does not know how to motivate people only tries to tear you apart to do the job right, and when you finally do, there is no recognition. It forces good employees to leave or resent the work place which makes a terrible work culture and environment. Only those who need the job or are not adequate tend to stay which makes things more frustrating and complicated.

Working at Alpha Auto Group was a very disappointing experience. There is little to no potential for growth, and management is poor. No matter how strong your performance is, you are made to feel undervalued. They will also do their best to ensure you are not making enough money, often through indirect pay cuts. Employees are expected to go above and beyond just to receive the bare minimum in return. I would strongly recommend avoiding this place if you don’t want to regret wasting your time.
