I have applied for a BSA position, but didn't get through. Here are my thoughts. For my written test I was expecting to see BSA-related questions, but instead I was given very technical IT-support level quizzes. In part where they asked about how I feel about overtime I wrote that it's fine as long as I get paid for it and it doesn't happen every day. The next day after my written test I was informed via email, that "...although we are impressed with your background and experience, we have decided to go forward with other applicants whose skills, background and education more closely match the position requirement." meanwhile having the posting for the job still up for the 3rd week. I guess they expect you to write them that you are exited about the overtime and would love to do it for free. Oh, and the best part of the quiz was how really badly the GUI was. It looked like it was done by a 7-year old who just learned about the web design. This to me tells that their HR, PMO and web design teams are full of people who got their jobs by being related to the management of the company. I definitely don't want to work for them and advise anyone against applying. I give this company 3-4 years before they belly up completely.

If you are good technically not a good place to work. Almost all the divisions are full of mediocre people who are looking for people from same geographical region and sycophants. 
If you really want to build something this is not a place to be.
If your definition of enjoyment is, lurking around the office doing nothing or less every day and slog (doing some operational menial job) and work for no compensation on weekends and not to ask for it in the fear that they will send you back home and be busy with buttering your superiors, do dirty politics to stay on top, find your regional group and create teams then this is a place.
You will find many small groups such as a team full of Gujratis or Keralites or Andhra or Punjabis or Haryana (different geographical regions of India). And they manage to maintain this even in offices in the US, Canada, UK or Australia etc.

The team lead always plans ahead and allots responsibility, task that is achievable and you have scope to share ideas and get support from team members in every aspect of accomplishing the task.

Have ongoing activities like BrainMe, Lunch and Learn where team members share important work related Tips, new concepts related to training, new trends in training, key features added in new release of Tools and software products  etc.


Whole team works united to meet the deadline of deliverables.

Billing experience , best platform for mobile billing 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
It us an Israeli led with Indian followers , you must be from one if those two nationalities to stay 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Laid back with open ended meeting and only those at the front end are really working 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Do nothing except gossip with colleagues half the time

I Must say one of the best company for work, Employee engagement activities, Motivation, Food, Employee Transport and many more.
Leaned how to build a good carrier.
Amazing Team members became Friends for lifetime.
Hardest part of the job was long hours but it's always fun to work for long hours. Working along with Table Tennis Brakes, Eating Brakes, Big cafeteria and Gym.
Did allot of Dance on Annual days and Festivals.
Met friends for life time

Amdocs has been a great company. I started my career at Amdocs and never found a reason to quit the company. Fair opportunities to grow and great onsite opportunities. You perform, you succeed. Nothing more nothing less. There are always sections of any company where politics play a role. I am lucky to not have dealt with such troubling situations

Amdocs is I worked at Amdocs almost 24 years, and it was a great time. 
The company offers many good opportunities for learning and growing in my career.
The management is very supportive, carefully listened our ideas. 
People are very good and friendly: you always can be sure of help - I have made true friends here.

Discrimination  , you must be from Israel or India to grow

Hands on micro management from top to down

Full of calls and  redundant meetings

Work is solely depends on which client you are working for.
Management is fine at Amdocs but can be better.

Its a good place to learn as good amount of training are available.

hardest part of job is to handle work life balance when working for tough clients.

Though i prefer amdocs over many other company.

Good company to start as you learn a lot.
Bad company to stay as company don't care about employees.
Some time very bad life/work balance.
Good people and a lot of place to learn and show your personality. 
From another hand you can kill your self at work and you can do great work and you''ll not receive any benefit/appreciation/promotion.
No courses or professional education.
