I would say, working in war zone environment has been boring because of monotonous of events, especially what you happens everyday never seems to change as the working place is an enclosed military camp. We cannot move outside the camp because of hostility environment. Apart from several aspects of work safety, I can say freedom is paramount to human beings. Management has not been fairly enough, especially on how they handle foreign nationals in terms of salaries, as compared to what an expert makes, taking into consideration we all do same jobs. Enjoyable moments are when you have something to do than the time when work pace tend to go down, because a day tends to take too long to go by. In general I love the company in one, It has helped me sustain my family in a level that I shouldn't if I were at home.

DynCorp International was a great workplace which offered me excellent opportunity to advance my careers. 

I realized my potential by being offered duties in different fields and departments and at different levels of administration and management under Operations and Management.

My co-workers, hailing from different parts of the globe made my DynCorp experience quite rewarding by offering me an opportunity to meet and appreciate a wide array of cultures.

The hardest part of the job was separation from my family, which sometimes extended for over 10 months. Home-sickness had its toll on me. But even that was a blessing in disguise because it taught me how to do my absolute best even in the absence of the family attributes, and to keep my attention on the job when distractions and mind-drifting were inevitable.

The most enjoyable part of the job was the paid vacations. The were always awaited, and I took them to be my time to refresh, relax and realign my mind before the next round of work time.

Perform Warehouse inspctions for Storage, Issuing and Handling

The day starts from 6 00 if you are in day shift and 1800 when you are in night shift and it starts by discussing safety topic of the day and everybody stations as instructed by the supervisor or the foreman.I learned that handwork and teamwork makes work easier.And the most enjoyment part of it is when you socialist with customers from different backgrounds.

Its one of the best company i ever worked with during my 4 yrs with the company i learned a lot in Warehouse Operation,Team Management,Ordering,Receiving Shipping.
