Working In a call center environment with a small group of 4... Taking 35 to 50 calls a day plus answering emails. Overly understaffed Customer Service/ Technical Services/Order Desk?? do it all Dept. Entering warranty orders and part orders, Processing credit card purchases, Answering Technical questions regarding their products including Fiat, Porche, Crane, American Standard, and more....
The hardest part of the job is multitasking Customer responses and keeping up with the flow. Demands are unrealistic. Management using psychological tactics to get employees to take more calls. Bullying tactics. Late session meetings after working hours, unpaid overtime. Lack of training, lack of support. Being ridiculed and ignored by management. Customers waiting 2 hours before getting through to an agent. Stressful
 environment. Co-workers are bitter, pushy, overworked and tatter tales.
The most enjoyable part...The end of the day when I was able to go home

I worked for over 10 years gaining product knowledge, developing customer relationships. I developed strong sales through my ongoing training and customer support. Listening to the needs and concerns of the customers. Growing and adapting to the ever changing priorities of the end customers and the companies goals.

} All workers in different sections in maintenance department has a good vibes. Communication, Coordination, Cooperation and Commitment, was a typical system that exist in the department.
} I've learned so much about flexibility.
} The management was very responsible.
} Regarding the workplace culture,  it was good, due to the so called 4C's, as I've mentioned above.
} The hardest part of my job was about the servicing of Kiln, because it's too hot.
} The most enjoyable part of my job was about the learning process. Most of the Seniors were very welling teach the newly hired employee.

Restructuring of sales department made this position redundant ultimatly resuting in lower sales volumes and service levels, manufacturing changed from Mexico to China eliminating direct retail sales from American at Home Depot .

Good working culture and work-life balance. Nice people to work with, they encourage transparency and clear communication between managers and workers. Overall I enjoy my time there.

Minus one star for very limited  career/salary growth opportunities.

I enjoyed working there but we were under staffed . It was a call center! I supported a team of sales rep and also answered over 100 calls a day! Also entered orders!

working in a bath tub plant was great. l work my way up supervisor .after 31 yr of  working their it was hard to leave  .all the co-worker some were great to job done right.the hardest part of the job was people not in to work   .

Was a great place to work with good management and great fellow staff. The travel from retailers to retailers kept from being repetitive

Great bunch of guys left due to downsizing.learned the lean manufacturing took CPR forklift

The other staff members were extremely kind and accepting. By assisting the more experienced employees, I was able to learn skills needed to work in an office building.
