You work enough to never really see your family and never get more than 6 hours of sleep. Also they will schedule you to work on a weekend after working the whole week, but they won’t let you book a vacation on the weekend. There will be penalties for missing weekend shifts, so you can count on never having time to yourself without fear of losing your job pretty much.

Constant rotating shifts. You also have to stay at your station till 10 minutes after your shift ends and wait till the next shift relieves you. You don't get paid for those 10 minutes. 

CO workers are friendly. Some supervisors are. Although one of the supervisors Terry Johnson is rude ignorant condescending and treats employees with disrespect. HR doesn't do anything as they don't care about the employees. 

Engineers get to work across facilities in multiple locations and works on end to end projects across all business functions as part of their development.

What is the culture of this company was one of collaborative support that allowed management Staff to thrive and succeed. However It is very clearly a culture of Me me me.   The  General worker also believes the management is not there for their support but rather Their reprimanding

Poorly managed Management unskilled unqualified Most of staff (management team) over tasked and stressed by excessive work load. Responsibilities to great and broad based to few people doing to many things 

Very forward thinking company with good paying jobs, at the best location in town.
Workers are generally happy and management is mature.
Standards are high, both in food quality, safety, environment and in the engineering at the plant

If you have no life this place is for you messed up schedules that will leave you tired all the time , mandatory overtime even when theres no work just so the company can look good

Very toxic. There are many departments in which bullying is taking place. When it is brought up to HR nothing is ever done. In a few cases I’ve actually witnessed the bully being promoted. Many employees are in therapy due to stress.

Fast past,never the same thing each day.
Co-workers where always fun to work with.
Always something to learn each and every day.

Don't go work here as a temp, they will let you go hard worker or not without 48 notice. Some of the people here where very genuine except for most of the older people they where very rude to us " temporary " workers.
