I liked the organizational culture of the company and also the ambience of the briefing centre (workplace). I met some amazing colleagues that were very welcoming and very helpful in settling down and solving work-related problems. I learned a lot especially about marketing strategies, forms of selling concepts and managing a small online business with variety of products. The most enjoyable part of the job is the flexible working hours and ability to work from home and live a healthy work/balance life.

This was a job that involved getting to know the products that our company made and manufactured for and by our company but also a range of products that other companies sold through our Ribbon program. The mentor that was teaching me the company had a high energy and was a big support in learning and growing into the company and what they had to offer as it is not a easy job to do.

I was able to travel which was fun and our conferences were very uplifting and amazing to see so many people in one place excited about the same thing

* Learned how to take initiative on my own to advertise and make sales. Also learned a lot about meetings/conferences. Learning about the products.

* Not strict, very supportive. I was my own boss. Worked on my time.

* Supportive, always wanted to help you be a better role model.

* Capturing attention through social media can get tough.

* Face to Face interaction with customers, receiving products to sell.

-commission is  not my "thing" because you can't earn money if you don't sell a product even though you worked the entire day non stop
-this really is based on the product that you're selling, if its expensive then forget it, no one would buy it because I live in Kitchener and people now a days can't afford it

This job was great, my day usually started with me checking the inventory of the things that I ordered to make sure that nothing was missing. I learned how to manage my time and how to get and stay motivated with my task at hand, the most enjoyable part was going out meeting and talking to people.

- I learned to be very  patient in this job as well as very active

Amway gave me an opportunity to be an independent salesperson.  I really enjoyed meeting new people, talked to client about skin care and make up needs.

The work life balance is intact along with the job security being grounded. This job mainly requires working from home and being self motivated to generate your income by building your network.

Hardest part: Business model can look sketchy. Could potentially be a pyramid scheme, might depend on personal view
