Growing company, very fast paced -- global expansion.  Beautiful facility. Very active social committee keeps work fun. High standards and expectations for execution. Seems committed to making improvements to processes and people. Implementing SAP company wide, which will automate many processes.

I worked both night and day shifts both good but night shift better because of pay and overtime opportunities,
Pay range was not good but they started to pay better after I left :), 
I can offer anyone who has no problem with picking packing stones cause some packs are heavy.....

The company is good place to work but Director of Operations and HR Director are Bully and Intimidate people. They are nice if they needed you for OTs or have favor to ask and will look down on you when they don't need you anymore. Nobody wants to apply anymore so they increase salary and turn to temp and still people are leaving smh..  people needs respect.

This company did not deserve competent and dedicated employees. I was feeling extremely hopeless. The work environment and management style left me feeling overwhelmed and unfulfilled. I struggled to see a path forward and found it challenging to stay there.  Besides, the owners were so poor that money was all they had.

This company has a lot of potential to grow but management is not supportive, work culture is not focussed on productivity. Policies are not favourable to employees. Hardest part of job is inflexibility. Daily work day is 9hrs. Benefits are not good, there is no bonus

This is one of the worst place to work in the world i was there for two months and when my probation was going to end they told me that there going to let me go and i ask what's the reason for you guys to let me go they can't tell me what's the reason please people do not go to this place they or not good people to work with 

Everyday was something different, there was no real structure to the day. Management held semi weekly meetings with the warehouse crew to discuses changes they wanted which was nice.
