What is the best part of working at the company?
Working remotely, and not commuting, is the best part.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
The schedule and the pay, and the communication with the management that conveniently respond when it only suits them.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
They don't hear you, and you may repeat for a couple of years that this or that needs to be fixed, but they don't hear you and you are the one who has to deal with it in the long run.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Log in, work, log out. Often, unpaid meetings are scheduled at the convenience of the management that overlooks the fact that people may have other jobs and responsibilities after hours (which are scarce and not well paid).

Worse place to work, as seniors gang up against you if you are honest, dedicated as they promote their own colleagues.
Anderson College is defined as MORE work and LESS pay.  Take advantage of hard working people.
Expectation is very high with Less pay and no compassion if you are facing with problems.
Management has NO time to listen to your explanation , as they will believe ONLY what their own  favorite people has to say. Every one is very sweet on the face.
It is the MOST depressing place to work.

I have great Managers - I feel appreciated as a person and for the work that I do. I am listened to when I have suggestions. My Managers are positive thinking people and a pleasure to work with. The workplace culture is excellent. I have great colleagues whom I enjoy working with. I often have TEAMS meetings and it's great to communicate with other staff members. It is very busy. I feel totally engaged. Systems and equipment are good.

What is the best part of working at the company?
There is no best part to this College. They don't know what their doing, very confrontational and rude.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
This college, is run by people who don't know what there doing 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
The environment of Anderson College, is stagnant and cold.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
You go to class, then you go home

My workplace is one of the better locations, the higher ups do what they can but there’s only so much they’re genuinely able to do. With career colleges expanding classes get larger which adds to the stress of work. Not a huge amount of room for Advancement unless you have lots of outside experience. All in all a Good place to be, Management creates a nice atmosphere for the workers

Professional college with great people to work with. Management is good. Colleagues are good and students are well cared for. 

I would love to work full time here if possible. Personally, I have been fortunate to be with this team. I am a cancer survivor and got all possible help to carry on with my treatment and other medical appointments.

A good workplace. Its a good college for students and a medium level industry According to the industry they pay fairly well. 
The management is good, understanding and very supportive. 
If your family is not totally dependent on your salary, then a career in private colleges can be good.


Fantastic staff, curriculum and placement opportunities. Gained valuable work experience through placement and met a lot of great people along the way. The staff was very accommodating and always willing to help. Great career College to learn how to be a Medical Laboratory Technician.

 This job requires a lot of online work and phone calls . 
The community wants almost nothing to do with Anderson.   Management is not supportive. 
Old staff protect each other and gang up on new staff.
 

was a great school that prepared me for real world experiences awesome laboratory teaches all aspects of the medical settings. learning safety protocols and standard operating procedures.
