I worked there about 8 months back, they treat you like complete and utter garbage. You are expected to do the awful job for 12 hrs and still smile and act like everything is alright, and G*d forbid management doesn’t like you because they have favourites. If you bring up issues with another coworker and you aren’t liked then you will be talked over and cut off and everything goes south for you. I haven’t worked there in a while but I doubt anything has changed. If you want to hate yourself and have management be passive Aggressive towards you then by all means, apply. They have trainees training eachother. The only positive are the vets and some techs they are wonderful people. 

I would highly recommend not applying for this job listing as you WILL be treated like a nobody. The amount of staff they go through in a single month is ridiculous and if you work here you will see why. The wage they offer is not enough for the amount of stress and emotions they put you through. You are expected to just “get through it” and are told you will eventually “get used to it”.  If you find yourself struggling mentally all you are offered is an email with a link to suicide helplines.  It’s honestly sad, the management really needs to work on their approach with staff as they come off in ways that are just flat out inappropriate and careless. If this sounds like the job for you then by all means apply away! 

I went above and beyond for this clinic and yet they made my life harder then it needed to be. Even after I was no longer working there. Denied ei, because I had misconduct incidences. They paid to help me become recertified, and in the end I ended up paying them $900+ to not even have that fulfilled, and I had completed everything i needed to do (30 ce credits). They never submitted my evaluation letter to become recertified. Therefore never received my $4/hr raise they had promised. This clinic is terrible to work for!!!

Management is beyond horrible here, catty, do not talk professionally, and could care less about their workers unless they favor you. You won't get time off, there is no right way to do your job because they all want you to do it their way.
If you need help, it won't happen. They'll just get upset with you and be little you.
You get paid very terribly for being forced to do 20 different jobs. You're not allowed to have feelings or be sensitive to owners.
Avoid this place at all costs. It will destroy you.

Lots of changes have happened at this clinic over the years. Seeing better work environment and more encouragement to bring up concerns and being heard.
