Antirouille Métropolitain

As I said nothing was fun there. Everyone was bullying me. I didn't learn anything except that now I know how TO NOT make  rustproofing because nothing was done as it should have been. The management was the worst I've ever had. No one had a specific schedule. The boss just told us at the end of our shift what was going to be our next one. Hardest part of the job was being with all the other people. I had a huge burn out because of this job and I very hardly had off days because  the boss would always tell me to talk to him later to check if it's still okay for me to get my day off just to give a day off to someone else for dumb reasons. 

It a part time job, it was a very busy environment, seasonal. There isn't much room for advancement.

your day to day would consist on greeting clients and dealing directly with the general garage staff and directly with the clients.

and managing your time to take car of the keep up of the office at the same time. with no extra help. 

it takes a very tick skin to deal with a stressful environment like this one and great stress management skills.

I learned a lot about recycling electronics and the fun part about that job is operating the electric forklift truck. The hardest part about that job is when there is a lot receiving and the whole warehouse is really full of all of the stuff we get from other companies and our warehouse is not big enough to get all of the receiving from other companies.

Easy to learn, open place, small team, weird working hours: sometimes when you have a lot of work, you do 40-50 hours and when no work, you do 20-25 hours. Same team working full hours.

Only downside was the manager not being straightforward when there was an issue. But the overall work experience wasn’t bad. Great for a student and people there are friendly and patient.

Fun job, fast paced but sometimes no break, repetitive so you can’t really mess up. Salary should be more and should get insurance but other than that the team was fun
