First off, I met a lot of very nice men and women at this facility.However, on a daily basis I was confronted or within earshot of racist comments ,inappropriate language and behaviours coming from management down to the working floor Production employees. It seems at times to be a very hostile watch your back type of atmosphere whereas you could do one wrong thing and they threaten you with   dismissal.

Management was a joke. Love the crew I met and worked with for the time, childish moral in management. Very unorganized we were shifted all over the factory in different positions sometimes no breaks for over 5 hours and jumped between 2 separate factories. Treated like children by management staff.

Apple Valley Foods is a fast last factory environment that appreciates hard dedicated work. Overall an enjoyable work experience. Well run and expanding business that treats employees well.

I had the opportunity to work in a demanding industrial environment, and I must say that it was an experience that truly tested my skills and abilities. One of the aspects that stood out to me during my time at this job was the exceptional attention to detail that was required. 

night shift is harder than days, stressful, (mostly) not a welcoming management. very hard on body, long hours. takes 6 months to get benefits. weekends off which is nice

Good place to work enjoyed my time there good HR. The only problem I found was that because of the amount of hours you had to work 50 plus hours per week life balance lacked.

This was my first production job while waiting for employment within my trade. I would recommend apple valley foods. Its a good place to work. Supervisors are nice

Not a place you want to stay for long. Management is not helpful. harassment is overlooked. Shifts are horrible. Minimal training. Keep track.of hours and overtime or they mess it up.

The worst part about the job is after it's clean, you can't just go home or take a break, you have to pretend ti work until your shift ends even when there's absolutely nothing to do. Aside from that, it's not bad.

Liked my job. Was factory work so it was something to.keep tou busy. Full benefits as well so you cant go wrong. They could pay a little more but with the hours it still works out.
