I worked here for 5 years and worked so much overtime. However, was never compensated correctly. I was salaried and only had 2 weeks holidays for all these years. As new employees were hired they were offered 3 - 4 weeks holidays off the bat. I was over looked always. A colleague that was hired recently had special perks as they had a special intimate relationship with their manager. They could come to work late, take 2-3 hour breaks, leave work early on a consistent basis. They would call in sick regularly and go skiing and to different outings with the boss. They would then post it on social media. Not very competent. So this is what you would have to deal with if you work here.

Horrible work environment. Do yourself a favour and do not work for this group. So many more opportunities out there. The guys at the top think they are doing you a favour by hiring you. They love waving the carrot. You will be underpaid all year hoping for a good bonus during review. Never happens.

These guys love to yell, scream, make comments under their breath to you. All around negative place to work. 

Bonus you get hockey tickets, and after parties are wild and out of control. Not suitable if you are married. No HR to monitor situations that would be not tolerable in other organizations.

You'll work long hours, even 6 days/wk on salary.

So you'll see how low the dollar amount per hour it is that your wage'll be when you do the math.

In the interview you'll be told that you're full time permanent, then they'll email the contract to you & if you read it, you'll discover that you aren't permanent. So the management lie to you about the terms of your employment.

Long hours, overtime = very low pay due 2 being on salary

Overall, not a good company to work for.

I worked here for over 4 years. When I started to when I left the staff changed multiple times. There is no actual reviews of your roles. Some companies have yearly reviews, however not here. So its hard to determine if you are doing well or need to improve. Its really important that  staff get feedback. This provides a positive work environment. As well all employees are held at the same accountability. No favoritism is placed in the workplace then.

I had a great time working at ADC and enjoyed my short time. Upper management were incredible to work with from my personal experience. Long hours but breaks were mandatory. 

If your not young and part of the group, your not wanted and made left out. They do everything to make you not want to be there and get others to join in and complain about you even when you did nothing wrong. Multiple times I was left out on company events and meetings as they "forgot" to put me on the email.

Never good enough. No matter what you do it's not good enough. You will never hear good job or thank you. i went through a few years of not getting any bonus as only development and senior managers received them, not construction.

The company is the worst in the industry, do not treat employees with respect. Many other developers in BC that have much higher standard. If you reach out to the old employees they will give the inside scoop on how managers and owners operate. Very impropriate work place.

Work load is very hard, stressful environment, pressure and over worked departments. High turn over rate in company. You may or may not get a raise or bonus. If you want to work here, ensure you review your contract with a lawyer. Positive thing, you get free coffee.

The hardest part was that each dept is short staffed.
There is no communication, this is where mistakes happen. People will not own up their mistakes and blame others.
