The app they use for clocking in and out gives you no leeway if an issue was to come up with your client and you needed to stay later. So you basically are working for free if you have to stay.

The form was very detailed and easy to fill out which is a bonus.

You had to supply your own ppe with no reimbursement.

Alot of the coordinators are very hard to understand

I have Learnt a lot so far, working with Arcadia Home Care, I was able to deliver a Satisfying Job to my clients. I gained more experience with the previous one I had.

Not much pay to be a caretaker but you get to work for a great union and have really great health benefits. Like any caretaking job some clients can be great and some can be really stressfull.

I love the staff I work with very supportive, very pleasant, very understanding in circumstances, very flexible, I love my job, I would recommend Arcadia homecare to anyone looking for healthcare employment,

I haven't started yet but they seem a bit unorganized. They either don't get to me when I ask questions or they take a really long time. Still debating on if I should continue with Arcadia.
