What is the best part of working at the company?
I just learned new things like new recipes for pizzas and desserts.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
There is a little stress because I can handle the stress: mostly loud music did not allow me to focus on my job.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
I have to prepare all the ingredients ahead on time for the rush and also the pizzas as well.

I started a 4 am, ended in afternoon. I started the week on monday and the rest of the week, i replaced the dude who worked all night long. They told me a lot of things that were just wind. I dealt with it like we all did. Beside, the guys I used to work with were great gentlemen with lot of heart.
I used to tell me "I'm like a cook and a dishwasher at the same time working in a shop."

Avoid giving your all here. It's so not worth it. Regardless of you working in the kitchen or as a waiter. You are not just a number and trust me when I tell you the disrespect coming from above is blunt and careless. They know they'll have people coming in and out so they don't really care about you. 

Met a lot of talented cooks and culinary students who tought me alot. If someone in chage gave the place a bit more attention i think it would make a big difference, management is just so disorganized and it affects the whole restaurant.

Never work doing delivery cause there is a supervision that makes every one that work that position lose they job. And there is a cook who back up the supervisor behaviour and I complained and they fired me

It's a good place for work. The hours are hard fought and long, but you get used to it. The pay is great and the management tries to accommodate your preferences as much as possible.

Management knows how to act. It can get quite busy at times, which is a good tip. The clientele is from everywhere. The atmosphere in general is good and breaks are respected.
