My first job after getting my forklift license. Great for getting the experience I needed to apply for other jobs.

Supervisor was good. Laid back but firm - only got on your case when he really had to, but otherwise he'd leave you be.
My major complaint is that several of my co-workers were not terribly pleasant to be around. Bad tempers, snappy remarks, a lot of screaming, and the boss rarely did anything about it despite being well within hearing range.
That and the fact that due to lack of space, aisles where I'd have to go would be packed w/ product on the ground, making getting to what I need very difficult/unsafe.

Tip for the novices:
Do your job, but don't take **** from a bullying co-worker.

A typical day at work was very fast and steady, being on time was crucial. I have learned to be a people person over the phone. No management on my part in this work field. I worked with people of all diverse backgrounds. The hardest part of this job was verbally speaking to people with accents and was hard to understand them. The most enjoyable part of the job was getting one client finished and then onto next.

Good leadership and good employees 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Shipping products out with minimal floor space to stage/scan/label

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Very good , happy employees and great management

The coworker are great always ready to help, the managers are caring. 
The work load was not so great, there is to much to do and not enough hours in a day. 

Management needs to find a way to better spread the work load among the staff to ensure a less stressful work place. Only then will production in the office advance to the next level.

-A typical day at work would be to go through my emails & provide solutions to the client & the operations team.

-Learning Supply chain management domain, exposure to SAP

-Most enjoyable part of my job is to solve the mis-shipment cases by identifying the root case * providing the corrective actions plan.

Archway is a good company to work for, if you know the people and get along well with management.  Salary is extremely low and depending on who your management is, expectations are sometimes unrealistic and illogical. However, most of the employees are a pleasure to work with.

Before me nobody stick to this job more than 15 days. The only person who was saving them the money while handling all the four jobs, shipper/receiver, order picker, case sorter and the paperwork for all the inbound and outbound.

Great place to work. Very busy so time flies. Very supportive team leaders, and just an overall great atmosphere to work in. Training is provided and they do ensure you are properly trained and confident before they put you on solo calls.

Great place to learn inventory management, storage and distribution methods. Great workplace culture, great management and great colleagues to work with.

We would answer the phones, and learned to answer each call with respect and try and solve any solutions to any problems that the customer may have enounterred.
