Old boys club. If you can be a favourite, you’ll make it. Lots of favouritism, management seems to be a bit clueless as to what’s happening and there seems to be quite a bit of confusion. Wages are ok. Flights not included. Camp is old and outdated. Often your room will have deficiencies that takes weeks and weeks to fix if they ever get fixed at all. 

Artic Canadian diamond is a place where all employees are paid differently. I've been here for 7 years and the new hires are paid $10,000 + more than my coworker that was hired same day as myself. Being a Union environment. Not a good place!!!!! 

Great place to work!! Little chilly sometimes but overall great experience in open pit and underground mining with an experienced mine survey team and MTS department. Wouldn't be a where I am if it weren't for the great people I worked with up there!

Good Camp but slow internet, the upper  management needs training, some senior managers are poorly educated and result in making wrong and costly decisions. The culture of old boys club persist, and they try try silence any divergence voice

I've worked here for 5 years, and it's a very great company with a welcoming atmosphere. Everyone is very friendly and the hours are fantastic. I've never encountered a single issue during my time working here.

Maintenance group is awesome, no pressure to do risky things. Very safe site. Electricians here are not micro-managed. I really enjoy that.  If you are an electrician this is the best place to work. 

A great place to work and move up. Always open to discussing new ideas and methods. They are always looking for more efficient ways without adding pressure. People and their families come first. 

So far so good, the job is enjoyable, staff are friendly and the pay is good.
The outlook looks good for the next few years of mine life, equipment repairs are improving all the time. 

Best place I ever worked. If they covered all travel costs I don't think anyone would ever leave. Only negative was financial/ownership instability. Able to use good equipment and develop skills
