Field Service Representative.

Do yourself a huge service - STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!! Through Covid on the front lines management was more then happy to NOT back you, and the management is disconnected from any reality, especially since Covid, and not answerable to HR. The Manager is a conspiracy theorist and self educated Scientist.

While the dinosaurs that worked there for 10 years and more argue between themselves and are passive / aggressive. In fact the direct Manager of the Arjo outside Rentals is also passive / aggressive. These dinosaurs are really terrible to work with, tried to avoid all as much as possible for years there. Till I put my life and health on the line in the hospitals, I dealt with this whole disturbing world at this company. Ridiculous. They are generally not good or decent people. All around disliked my experience here.

HR is full of duds, and even the Manager that was not my direct manager was uneducated like the rest. Big surprise in this day and age?

Stay away if you are looking for a stable schedule work week. you should give atleast 50hrs per week to clear up the mess that had been accumulating for many months because of endless paperwork. high turn-over rate and long list of service calls.
Basically they want you to treat this job as your own business while they pay you below than average salary.

Work on out dated equipment get yelled at by clients because they want you to fix something that should have been changed 10 years ago

the hardest part of the job - No training even you ask for it

Good pay and benefits 
They take care of your needs financially.
Flexible hours but very long days at PM time.
Mostly good customers 
Company is respected but has endured many challenges with parts and procurement.
Customers noticeably disgruntled over many years about poor parts availability and service.

You will work 50 plus hours per week to clean up a huge mess left unattended for months on end with clients who are upset with the business. The size of the territory along with the high level of administration work and service calls is too much for the salary offered. Steer clear of this company if you value your mental and physical health 

Great culture, with lots of social events and free food/snacks on most days. Company surveys to hear the voice of the employees and make significant changes to improve employee satisfaction.

Whoever is behind the hiring and posting jobs for this company cannot be trusted. Jobs are posted repeatedly,  all candidates rejected then reposted.  There is no communication from anyone here, no management calls or reaches out. This company cannot be trusted with hiring and employee retention.  Stay away. 

Loved working at Arjo. Very accommodating and friendly. Provided quality training and working instructions to support you. Management sets achievable goals and does everything they can to help you accomplish them. 

What makes this job good is the per diem pay. It basically doubles your salary. You are on the road a lot with this job. Expect a lot of driving and eating at restaurants. You have to be handy, but I picked it up quickly with nearly no experience.
