I've been in this particular industry ((greenhouse) for over a decade as a driver. I was enticed to come and work here by promise of respect, work life balance, good benefits and an open door policy. What I've seen and learned after being here is these things do not exist..management and HR work hand in hand taking zero responsibility and work tirelessly to ensure that the blame for any and all failures are put squarely on the backs of the hourly employees HR works overtime creating issues to simulate a relevance in being paid a weekly wage. The truth is if you want to go around in circles without anything ever being corrected and then when your frustration becomes noticeable you are reprimanded for any of the 30 pages worth of employee infractions listed in the bogus stapled together HR go to nonsense then this is the place for you. They do have long term drivers that have been around for years and trust they do receive preferential treatment so goodluck navigating that as well. Do not dare rain on that parade either or you will be dealt with in a variety of make your life more miserable ways...just an all around garbage employer. 

A typical day at work felt repetitive and mentally draining, with minimal variation in tasks and very little room for creativity or decision-making. The pace was often unnecessarily rushed due to poor planning by supervisors, causing stress and burnout. What I believe I learned was limited; most training was rushed or unclear, and there was little opportunity to develop new skills or advance professionally. Management was often disorganized, lacked transparency, and rarely acknowledged employee input or concerns. Their focus seemed more on output than people, which created a tense and unmotivated environment. The workplace culture lacked teamwork and genuine support; favoritism was common, and communication between departments was poor. The hardest part of the job was dealing with unrealistic expectations and inconsistent instructions, making it hard to succeed despite putting in effort. Ironically, even the “most enjoyable” part—lunch break—was often cut short or interrupted, highlighting the overall imbalance and lack of employee care.

Management does not care about anything. Just a bunch of crooked sales people showing up to work. Orders are late and wrong daily from packing line. No communication between anyone. Shipping manager plays games on cell phone all shift shouldn't even bother showing up. Some co workers were great others hold up the process. No training whatsoever for ANY position. Mandatory 6 day work week with random 11+ hour shifts on nights. No days off during day shift MUST work sundays. Incredible the place passes inspection doesnt operate like actual factory/warehouse business. Poor quality standards for customers they dont care about not much integrity in that building.

I actually just left the job at Armstrong top pack because seens the fire happing in there the lost Cosco and lawblaws and not good management and also line leaders are not good enough they yell at you and no respect for others ether elderly people and Young people as well so not enough hours and everything you say it's against you and you get fired right away. They need to change ASAP ................ THE Line leaders should be able to work with us as well and can't just laugh at other people's , in topline the lineleaders yell at peoples with permission from the manager her self and they get paid for that. It's wrong ........ Alot of people got fired or quit from topline produce  they kinda lost alot of people.

*management sometimes their sucks because they dont appreciate what our effort to make the job done so easy. a simple thanks(none)
*co workers: they are awesome, happy working with other people specially those hard worker like me :)..
*hardest part of the job: when the supervisor dont know what their doing kinda comfused....
* when more hours/ and at the end of the week more money ;) sweet!!!

I had a good experience at this company. The hours were great, paid overtime and on time on weekly basis. Line leaders and supervisors treat you with respect
You can progress quickly to higher positions. They're always hiring due to a lot of work throughout the whole year, so they're constantly training people

I left because they don't offer part time, and I decided to go back to school

CEO thinks truck payments come before wages
As a truck driver they will cut your wages 
Your pay will always be short
They say one thing and pay another 
Will say anything to get you hired 
Revolving door for drivers 
Management has no clue about trucking in the USA 
Your expected to drive hundreds of miles for Free
And make delivery’s that take 4-5 hours 
For Free 

Good place to learn and move forward in the produce industry. Slightly demanding but well worth the time if enjoy it. available to learn and manage if wishing to go in that direction. Friendly and understanding people. No complicated tasks to do and line leaders keep you informed on what to do or needs to be done.

I enjoyed working there . Started on  the line and became a line leader . The salary was alright because of the hours we made. You learn new things everyday.  The co workers were nice and overall was a good 4 years there.

the company was able to meet all the expectation of a worker paid all the salaries of their employees on time and the management is always there to give a helping hand to all workers.
