Indeed, our supervisors always keep us abreast with the most current information in dealing with our clients’ inquiries. They provide the best advice that help us especially with irate customers.

As the saying goes, time flies when you’re having fun; my shift just goes so swiftly! Receiving words of appreciation from my supervisors and management team as well as kind words from clients who are so appreciative of what I am doing makes my day; such a beautiful energy!

I have been with the company for last 7.5 years. Started off as a Recruitment Consultant and it has been quiet a ride since day 1. 
Majority of our clients are into supply chain industry and they work 24*7 so, to support them in their manpower needs and success, we believe in 24*7 service. 
One cannot succeed in just working a 9am-5pm job. You have to put in those hours, those weekends to succeed and that what's i have done since day 1. 
You might see a lot of comments here that work is stressful but, which job isn't. 

My job is taking care of the recruitment department within the company - putting strategies, game plans together for new/existing projects, initiating them and assisting the team in any and every way to succeed. Looking for better ways to improve the efficiency, providing the best expertise in recruitment and the list goes on.

My experience working as a call center agent, CSR for MOH with Arrow Workforce solutions has been great so far! The first less stressful call center environment I must say. Every morning before the start of your shift there is an optional meeting for troubleshooting so that you can perform well throughout the day confidently. The management including the supervisors and the coworkers are very helpful and flexible with your shifts if you come across any problems. They try to accommodate you in every possible way they can if you are facing problems. I would recommend this job to my family and friends too. Overall, I had learned how to work for the government and feel happy that I could contribute something to this pandemic while working with the provincial vaccine booking line.

This remote-based call centre environment was a great learning experience. I now have a new definition of what a fast-paced working environment looks like. I enjoyed helping clients with their needs and felt like I had all the necessary information and training to complete my job. I am very appreciative to management for providing me with a flexible work schedule, due to my other commitments that came up. Some days the hours are long but working from home is it's own perk. As this is a staffing agency, there arent really any ways to move forward in a career other than with the contracted company. At the same time, the companies who hire contract workers probably dont want to hire for permanent positions. The pay really isn't bad at all for the type of work I was doing. If you have customer service experience then you already know what kind of clients you'll be interacting with.

I have the pleasure of working with Arrow as a Senior Recruitment consultant. From day one , I have found Arrow to be an outstanding workplace that fosters professional growth ( my journey from Recruitment Admin to Senior Recruitment Consultant ) , innovation and a genuine sense of camaraderie. 

The leadership team is not only approachable  but also invested in the success of every team member . This sense of unity creates positive work environment and motives to contribute to company success. 

As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, I have had the privilege of working with diverse range of clients and candidates . The company’s commitment to service clients and candida’s is top notch.

Lastly , I found my role to be both fulfilling and challenging, with ample opportunities for growth and advancement. I highly recommend Arrow to anyone seeking a dynamic and rewarding career. 

They boast that they are minority owned and they will do whatever but in reality they just want to make money out of temporary associates.
The management is not responsive to the employees. They are over responsive to clients and assure them more than what is possible and then sweat at end stage not being able to fulfill as promised.
NO ONE cares about the temp. associates working for them.
All the top management has been promoted from small positions in order to save “salary” may be. The unprofessional attitude is evident from the first day of work.
They promise you that you will be promoted to whatever but at this point it’s not gonna happen.

This may not be the impression you’ll receive after interviewing with them. But believe me!

From my personal experience, I think personally there is alot to learn, there is many ways to learn, and it is a great experience. However, there are pros and cons to everything. I think Arrow workforce Solutions need to change their policy, because they are sending employees home if they dont make alteast one survey in an hour, it is not entirely their fault they cant get someone to speak on the phone, after all we cant force the people on the phone to stay with us. Eventhough that's their policy, why don't they find another little job to do, rather than sending kids home. If this is our job why are we getting sent home???? There should be other alternatives for these kids, like photocopying, or printing some other little job.

A typical day starts with us going over any changes in the system. The hardest part of the job is telling people their are no appointments available in their area. I learned how to deliver that information in a way that leaves the caller calmer and with a specific set of steps of what to do. I also learned how to ask people questions to see they meet the eligibility criteria and get them the best time and date for their appointment. Management is very responsive. Most questions are answered within 1-3 minutes of me asking them. They are also supportive when I have a difficult call. The most enjoyable part of the job is helping someone who is having difficulties online and being able to book their appointment. 

I was lucky to receive the opportunity of working for Arrow Workforce during this pandemic. They were very flexible and understanding of everyone's situation on our team. They were adaptable and patient. They make sure you have the tools to be successful, especially working from home and the challenges it can present. Most importantly, I have the best supervisors. They really go out of their way to treat people equally and with decency. Considering the important work we have helping people get booked for vaccines it's great to make sure your staff is ok... mentally, emotionally, and that they are technically sound to do the job right. Very supportive crew and that goes along way.

Working at the call center was surprisingly easy. The clear scripts and comprehensive training made handling calls a breeze. Plus, the supportive team atmosphere made any challenges feel manageable. What really made the experience great was our supervisor. They were always available to provide guidance and support, whether it was helping us navigate tricky calls or offering constructive feedback. Their positive attitude and encouragement boosted morale and made coming to work enjoyable. Their leadership skills truly set the tone for the entire team, fostering a collaborative and productive environment. Working at the call center wasn't just about answering phones—it was about being part of a cohesive and supportive team, led by an exceptional supervisor.
