I learned there inventory counts were being done on a daily bases... if there was not enough work, that's all I would do for the day...
Management depend on me to lead the way with receiving... when I started one manager would actually help me learn the products by showing me the part and matching it up with a part number for me...
my co-workers were like family
was the fact I was being laid off, and had to find another company to work for
I was always wanting to go to work, because of the staff they had... they were true friends to work for... and family because as staff we see them more then our on family as one co work said

A place for nice team work and friendship with my co-workers and management.

Hardest but fun part of the job was troubleshooting advanced boards without special testers and simulators.

Management are amazing, there was a lot of respect and understanding, they really want you to do your job the best, they give you really good training and take into consideration your suggestions to improve... Attention to detail and doing your job the best way possible is what its important at Artaflex, the rest is respect and getting along with your day.

Quality is very important to me when I am working. I always do my best to complete a job on time. I like to work in a company which is a very friendly and enjoyable workplace. When I and my co-workers are assigned a job. I am ready to work together as a team to complete an assignment as well as to help each other to overcome problems that we have to solve.

If you want to learn a lot of aspects of different jobs in the company, artaflex is the place to work. They have different products, so the experience varies as well and promotion is the only way to go there since all higher ups started from the bottom.

five years work without any wage raised, that is a nightmare.

I operate wave-soldering machine, minimum wage. And finally I was laid off after 5 years hard work. Three year late, that company called me back to work and I refused.

Part of our job required us to travel to smaller cities and in each travel I end of learnig new solutions. The managment team was very supportive and each time we have diffirent programs to attend and learn

Hard working environment in very small space with huge pollutions of solder vapor and noise. There was no training on job and skills.

After the current management took over the company, honesty was thrown out of the window. The new owner was not honest in his approach and in his words.
