First of all, working at Artitalia is great because the company stands for values that are dear to me. 

Although work can sometimes be stressful, being with an amazing team makes it manageable and generally enjoyable for me. 

With the company growing, new specific free training programs are being offered to office and plant employees, like time management, excel training, scan training, etc. This is great, and in my opinion, shows that the company invests in it's employees for us to excel career wise and as a company altogether. I find this very helpful.

I also enjoy the activities that are offered to us, like employee appreciation lunches, holiday events and the monthly happy hours.

Overall happy with working here.

A solid learning experience. I got to work on real projects and see how a manufacturing company runs day to day. The team was helpful and willing to answer questions, and I appreciated being treated like part of the process rather than just an observer. The pace could be intense at times, but it pushed me to learn quickly. I gained practical skills and a better understanding of production and design workflows. Overall, a worthwhile experience for anyone looking to get hands-on exposure in the industry.

Hardest part of the day was finding parking, so many employees! 
being able to move about the shop to see all the different productions departments and learn about the designs and techniques is great!

I like this company very much, there are many experienced and old employees in it.  It is very helpful to improve the technology.  The manager is also happy to help you.  Some employees aren't friendly, but what company isn't the same?

Terrible place to work,management are not honest with employies,and new people to canada are exploited.To much in fighting and constant administrative  changes,ie-constant people quitting,a d lying to dvance themselves,this is a. Ulti million dollar company,family run,who treat there workers incorrectly.

I was told to go home by the only supervisor at night because it was deadly hot and I looked pale. I was fired the next morning by text. Tried to call Manager to find out what happened. Never answered my call or messages.

I had good colleagus and  i worked team working . Although his salary was low, i was happy and had a good experince.i instaled hardwares and worked with table saw  and belt sander  and blue print  touch up  and bonding  components.

worked with great people. worked as a team. very good working hours. management was respectful towards employees.
