High stress office with and even higher turn over rate. When I started working here 80% of the staff were new, even patients notice the turn over rate. Hardly anyone who worked for over 4 years there. Manager/owners don't care about you, they always give out the impression how replaceable you are and have even told a staff member we are a dime a dozen. The only good thing about the job is how amazing my coworkers were but the bosses would never realize it. By the end, most of the staff were just to burnt out from being here and the job needs to be #1 priority in your life, doesn't matter if a family member has died, they are #1. The owners need to reavaluate their business plan and learn that the way the office is run is not efficient or healthy for the staffs mental health.

My entire interview was a lie. I was told no one ever left. Everyone I worked with had only been there a couple months. It's a factory setting. Assembly line dentistry. Patients only lasted about a year. The quality of work is substandard. Most of the staff are miserable. They record your calls and have a camera in the waiting room that nobody

I worked at Aspen Springs Dental Centre for 4 years and had to leave my job due to relocation. I've been in dental field for 17 years and this was the best dental office I've ever worked at. They treat everyone with respect, their compensation package is great and the staff and management are amazing. I highly recommend it.

This office will always be a part of me, unfortunately I relocated to another city. 
I developed lifelong relationships while at Aspen Springs. The management was very good to me when it came to my personal life and accommodating my schedule but it goes both ways… 
give what you want to get in return. 



I worked at Aspen Springs Dental Centre for two years and had leave because I relocated and the office was too far for me.  During my work at this office I was treated with respect, compensated fairly and was provided opportunity to grow. I highly recommend Aspen Springs Dental Centre.

The people I worked with were great and the atmosphere very nice. However when I was there the management was chaotic and it seems there is a very high turn over rate among front desk employees.

Management makes you feel as if you have no job security, even if you are an outstanding and loyal worker.  Always have an open mind and be willing to accommodate schedule changes on a regular basis

I worked at this place for two years but I left to work closer to home. Everything about this office was great and I appreciate the opportunity they gave me.

They want every patient to have a cookie cutter treatment and question when you use your judgement to decide what might be best for the patient in front of you. 

I like working here because of the reason above. All in all everyone is nice and friendly. Pay is ok, good working hours. Benefits are good as well. Lot's of potluck.
