It’s a job Pay is low 30% below industry standard People I worked with were helpful T/L’s and Supervisor’s are underpaid for their job titles Don’t expect to be in one area as you can be placed in any area in either plant on any day Seems like the company  is always short on manpower Training is adequate depending on who is training you Don’t make a mistake or you will be reminded and warned aggressively There are a lot of temps as well and most are students that effort can be lacking Be prepared to be sent home if work is not busy The company has great potential but needs to look at better pay scales and benefits to entice better people who will care about working there Upper management needs to better treat the people that work hard there Two factors dictate the work environment there Fear and despair between workers Many are there for a paycheque and that’s it 

This job is very boring. You may think that I'm being petulant saying that but you can't really know how bad it is until you work there.

A typical day involves standing at a table in a factory basement for 8 hours (separated by 2 10 minute breaks and a lunch) looking at different engine parts, and putting dots on them with a purple marker.

It is above minimum wage though, and if you were lucky enough to get high seniority, you probably won't even get laid-off.

Also, the management there seems especially incapable.

Some people in the team are really knowledgeable and they get great pay.  There is a reason why they work hard , because they get treated and paid well. Poor management , they do not have good work culture . Most of the employees are from temp agencies and they get treated like garbage . Very stressful, I do not  recommend this place, unless you are really desperate for a job.

You are treated horribly and management has done legally questionable things. 
It's a terrible place to work and you are paid poorly. 
This place is run by incompetent site managers.
It's not worth using this place to pad a resume.



Just do your work.  No benefits or holidays.  No incentives at all.  No communication from anyone in management.  very disorganized.  Management doesn't care about employees, as long as service is provided to the customer.

Great company, work can be a bit harsh in the body of the older generation but the people there are wonderful and helpful. It can get a little disorganized but that can happen with all new inspection jobs.

Good Company to start your career as a Quality professional. Though The pay is less it is a great place to learn the skills required to have a successful career. Good work time - Life balance.

I've worked here for 3 years. There is room for advancement if you show aptitude and reliability. Always looking for the next leaders to help the company push forward and grow.

Its great to work i would recc6to everyone to apply for this company good work and lot to learn from the company. Also a good wages and supervisor is very supportive 

It is a good job. U hired as a quality Inspector and line support. Then u get transferred to logistics which is tough for everyday. Overall it's good if you are fit enough. But not for IT professionals
