This pandemic has made all of us question the sustainability of our work industry. Assistenza provided job security throughout the entire pandemic. They are in an industry that will always prosper regardless of the times. I worked in the roadside assistance department which offered (yes you guessed it) roadside assistance to different corporate companies. Every call was different which made it really enjoyable. New challenge every time you pick up the phone. 

If you are ambitious and willing to work managers will give you the necessary tools to succeed. There is a very friendly environment. It's a family feeling that I have not felt elsewhere. I truly enjoyed my experience here. I'm not quite sure how anyone could have a bad experience. It is a great stepping stone for students and others. Trust me on this try it with a good attitude and you will have a great and promising experience with lots of opportunity for growth personally and within the company

I have been working for Assistenza for about 4 years now while I am in school. Every semester I change schedules and Assistenza has always been very flexible. They have always allowed me to shift my schedule in order to accommodate my classes while never cutting my hours. There are plenty of people who have been here for a long time due to the flexibility and dependence that Assistenza provides. Also if ever it gets very busy with calls they buy us food (secret perk). 

I worked at Assistenza for exactly three days and during each of those days i was told multiple times to "never improvise" which went completely against my own instinct.

Assistenza kills creativity and breeds mediocrity. They are satisfied with you if you know how to sit still and answer calls all day without asking questions.

Management operates on nepotism and favoritism, and don't allow you to even think of something if "it wasn't on the script"



The people are great here. Always fun to talk to them between calls. It's a really exciting and fast paced environment. I think it's a great way to get your foot in the door. Assistenza works with numerous insurance companies and bank and is well known in that industry.

Typical day:
Get to the office,
Have coffee
Open  computer
 Putting headset on
From now - only calls after calls
(Different cases: Family, Criminal, Contract, Succession, Immigration, Human Rights, Traffic violation, Ownership, Small Claims, Residential, and others)

I enjoyed my time here. It has flexible hours with plenty of room for growth if you enjoy the business type industry. I am an engineer student therefore used this good income until i was able to work in my field. Provided me with lots of life skills and qualities. Definitely recommend 

The hardest part of the job is dealing with customers during a rush, Assistenza is a service centre open 24 hours a day 7 days a week and the objective is to always hang up the phone leaving the customer satisfied.

great part-time job for students but management needs to become more flexible with students and part-time employees. 24 hours open so you could have some flexibility but some clients need you only at night which is annoying. 

It has been busy for last couple of months but has started to calm down. It's really a learn on the job experience. more calls you take the better you get. Overall, I have enjoyed my experience here
