What is the best part of working at the company?
The company appreciates all the work of its employees .They made sure that all the hard work and effort we are putting into our client  was recognized.  The Assurance Team provides comprehensive guidance and support, ensuring you have everything necessary to deliver excellence to your clients. 



What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
With the support of the Care Team and I’m working with them for almost a year now my shifts with my clients went smoothly.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
I like to work in a work environment that is both caring and professional . Working with Assurance Team  enabled me to achieve my goal.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
My typical day is  focused on completing the necessary tasks for all my clients and ensuring that I  document my daily notes for the family and the agency.

This is the first company I worked for where it is so easy to talk to coordinators and apply for a day or two of absence from work that I don't feel like I have committed a crime by taking a day off.  I love it that there are difderent channels of communication that I can reach a coordinator any time of the day. There are a variety of clients and work settings that makes work so interesting and I was able to apply my skills at work. There were a lot of opporutnities to improve myself professionally and socially because I was given enough exposure and variety of clients and work settings.

What is the best part of working at the company?
The best part of working in this company is being supported, seen, and encourage. They value you as a human being not just an employee. They respect your decision, they always check in on how you’re doing, and they care not just the client but their employees. 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
The most stressful is if you don’t have a car and you’ll be assigned somewhere far. 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
No complaints, the work environment is really good. Collaborative and Supportive team members. 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Typical day is checking the careplan ahead of time, get updates from previous shift, help with adl, and then documentation.

*Overworked. Working over 15 hours daily with no break for straight  7 days . Very little pay, no overtime payment.
*I learned that this kind of company treat their employees dispensable.
*Management only take the clients side.
*Hardest part of working for them even if they know you experienced different kinds of abuse from the client  and all they did was to asked me to return my uniforms to them.
*There's nothing enjoyable because not a day passed that i didn't shed tears while working for them.

I enjoy working with thiis company. My team manager is excellengt to work with. I find when you are very flexible and can accommiodate both company and client's needs everything works out excellent. What you put in is what you will get and  benefited. I love working for this company and the client's are great to be with. I can work according to the client's need and usually do an excellent job that at the end of the shift I can say I have accomplish my goal.Thanks to Assurance for hiring me for nothing can be accomplish without a desire. Desire to succeed you will succeed.

My day involves coordinating schedules, filling shifts, communicating with caregivers and families, and handling any urgent changes or issues that come up.

I’ve strengthened my communication, organization, and problem-solving skills, and learned to stay adaptable in a fast-paced environment.

Management is supportive, approachable, and encourages teamwork and accountability.

The culture is collaborative, fast-paced, and centered around providing compassionate care.

Helping clients receive quality care and building strong relationships with caregivers and families is the highlight of my role.

What is the best part of working at the company?
I worked with this company for 3 years as a Nurse Aide/Caregiver and had a very positive experience. The office team is supportive, communicative, and truly cares about their staff. The team was always reliable and respectful. I’m grateful for the experience and would recommend this company to anyone looking for a supportive and trustworthy workplace.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
The number of hours worked per week varies depending on the needs of the client and/or  the company.

What is the best part of working at the company?
They are helpful, considerate, professional and proactive. Ensure the employees are comfortable with the schedule and feels safe at work. The coordinators and admin are supportive to our needs.  

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Nothing, they are flexible as much as they can to cater my availabilities etc. 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
The company has professional, polite and supportive staffs.

I was told there was a caregiver first approach when I started working there and that I could make my own hours and even with a wide availability i knew people who were getting t asked to work shifts they couldn’t work but then I wouldn’t be asked at all. I would be offered shifts and then they would be taken away without notice or reason why and then given to someone I knew. Pay was disappointing as well considering the rates for the clients was high per hour. I did have good clients tho and was happy when I did work. 

A typical day at work was busy and gave me the opportunity to learn better communication, patience, and teamwork. Management was supportive, approachable, and always willing to help when needed. The workplace culture was positive, respectful, and welcoming. The hardest part of the job was managing multiple tasks during busy periods, but it helped me grow professionally. The most enjoyable part was working with a great team and making a positive impact on the people I supported.
