It's not as it used to be. You can't ask for a raise, it's a waste of your breath and time even trying. They'd much rather keep employees who don't complain and do terrible work then employees who give there all and make pointers on how to improve the work environment. Never seen a place with such corporate greed and squandering all the money and good job positions for themselves and their friends. It's rather disgraceful. Hard work is only rewarded by more hard work and then expecting 150% all the time from then on. For a place that is supposed to care about hygiene and sanitation, it's honestly a joke. Your fellow employees are a joy, but anyone above that is so afraid to bring up issues to anyone above them that everything just gets ignored unless they're cornered into actually having to do something. Drains you of your passion and your will to live. Communication between departments is a joke. I could go on for hours.

The work was varied day-to-day which is what I liked. On the trim and harvest side you mostly trimmed but you helped with harvest and cleaned between strain chances to break it up a bit. On the Cultivation side you did everything from watering to pruning to harvesting. Everyone there seemed to be passionate about what they were doing. Management was okay with one or two having a bit of an ego but you can deal with them easily. I was not a fan of how they dealt with layoffs. They had trouble communicating the status of the company and they did reviews a week prior which gave a false sense of security. All in all I would still go back to work with them because the issues can be fixed and the issues never outweighed the benefits to begin with. 

The work is straightforward and overall the atmosphere is amicable and occasionally fun. Lots of information available if you want to learn, but most home grow weed is better than this.  

All PPE is provided and the locker rooms are tidy. No single stall bathrooms onsite. 

It's all fun and weed jokes but after time the work takes a serious physical toll. Not many accommodations available. 

Benefits seem amazing if you get through probation. Was let go day before probation ended with no notice, no poor performance reviews, and not a single reason given, simply asked to leave during a shift. Jarring. 

The lights, scents, and loud music on the production floor can be sensory overload if sensitive to these. 

What is the best part of working at the company?
The work was interesting and diverse, but we had huge management issues and even worse when dealing with inventory, shipping and maintaining a clean workspace

The management and leads would be unable to do even the simple parts of there job and would never give you a clear answer to your questions 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
At one point there was one bit in my time there we shifted from 3 different owners and had a shift each time

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Depending on the task would either be cleaning a good part of the day or sitting and trimming product

When I first started working here things were less toxic, and the people I worked with felt like family. Ever since then the leadership in the department has gone down significantly, they replaced a team of workers passionate about their job with people who will just do as they're told and work slow. The team leads are not at all qualified for their job as they make work run incredibly slow, they don't know how to communicate without being passive-aggressive and rude, and management does absolutely nothing to combat any of these problems.

The people running the company know how to make money, and that is where their priorities stop. They do not know how to run a Cannabis company, Management is barely present and actively attempts to ignore problems in the workplace and interpersonal issues until they are too large to ignore then handle the issue half-assed.

Multiple of the team leads will lie to your face and blatantly play favourites among employees.

Work days are 7am to 3-4 pm which leaves a lot of day time hours to enjoy  or use for errands etc.  Co-workers are great and the positive atmosphere makes going to work something to look forward to. Managers are highly educated in their fields and it shows in the product quality. I think internal communications can be improved but overall it is a easily the best place I have ever worked.

Most people are friendly but its a job that can be stressful because of all the internal drama on all levels of the company. From employees to upper managemnt. You see a lot of reviews complaining about management but some of the employees are just a as bad. Can't speak for the other departments, just Packaging. The company was bought out and it feels like the new one wants to just stuff everyone and everything till there is no room to move.

I literally put my all into this job and still didn't get the recognition. The group of people I worked with became more like family but if you work in Packaging... watch out. The manager of packaging only wants it to be a sweatshop where no one interacts with each other. It's sad because that place had the potential to be great bit instead has very poor management 

Not a good place good comradery with others . No rasies management doesn't care and are very manipulative have no idea about warehouse or logistics big turnover with employees management gaslighting all they want are robots if you bring up an issue or concern expect to get transfered or laid off
